Tunger Premium Hotel recensioner

The pictures of this hotel are a little misleading. I booked a room with a window, the window was in the bathroom and looked into an internal roofed space. It was impossible to get any fresh air so the room was dark, damp and smelly.

My exp very bed especialy maybe some one the head of employe. So arogant. Very fierce. Always angry to another employe. Maybe he is the owner ? Idk. I would never recommend the hotel. Uncomfortable for us. Sorry for the other employe.

Good location accessible to most tourist spots. Attentive staff that speak good English and help you with where you want to go

Great location but room was too small, a bit smell with mole on the ceiling, not all level can be access by elevator.

Best location. Near Hoan Kiem Lake. Lots of food choices, Circle K 24hr store just round the corner. Streets are closed to traffic during weekends, travellers checking in with luggage be prepared to walk. Rooms are small and basic. Our wash basin drain pipe is leaking, despite telling front desk, nothing was done to rectify. For the price we paid, could have gotten a better hotel.

Central location, within walking distance around tourist attractions around Hoem Kim lake, old quarter, street foods, etc.

not worth for money. location is in central of Hanoi old town but facilities are mismatched with photos. Bathroom has bad design that water flow around. amenities are too little. Don't trust the photos shown.

The room is clean and service is excellent. Immediate response once requested.

The location is perfect, easy access to everything. The receptionists are very helpful, the only thing that need help o he improved is to change their towels to new ones.

This place was in a great location in the middle of many fun street markets and activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was large amd clean, with a balcony and privacy. Highly recommend for anyone in Hanoi wanting to be close to the action.

조식도 없고 1평남직 비좁은 숙소. 정말 가격대비 최약이에요. 사진에 속지마세요. 하노이 여행중 최악의 숙소입니다.

난방도 안되어있으며 시설이 가격대비 최악이라 봅니다. 프런트 호텔직원들은 친절했지만 시설이 너무나 열악하여 다음번에는 절대 이용하지 않을겁니다.
