10/10 the staff are accommodating and can speak english well. They also offer travel services if you need one too. They are professional and we will book here again if given the chance. I recommend you to ask them your concerns before booking.

Hotel location is great and lot of food and drink around. Room is clean and tidy,staff are friendly.

Stayed 1 night here & it was ok for the price. It’s in old quarters & It’s walking distance to the walking street and many other places. Room is quite small, had to shift things around to put 2 big luggages. It’s also a bit noisy at night as the rooms are close to your neighbours though opposite. My partner couldn’t really sleep the whole night. They were nice to offer us a cake, but we didn’t know how long has it been out of the box - so we didn’t eat it 😅 Overall, it’s good for 1-2 night stay. Not for longer stays.

Truth be told, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at L’MANAT Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved that the hotel is near local cafes, restaurants and shops which really enhanced the experience. The location was perfect close to HK Busline Office, making it easy for me when I came back from Sapa via sleeper bus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The hotel is located inside the old quarter so it is really convenient for you to explore the city. Staffs in here are super friendly and they will tell you what is the best way to explore the city and what to buy for the gift and the man always help you to carry the luggage and open the hotel door. How warm he is!

The hotel is in a convenient location but not too noisy, easy to get around. While the lobby area may not appear the most modern, the room is actually very well maintained and spacious.

It was a pleasant stay at L'Amant. The room was super clean. The Location is perfect. The staff were nice.

Room did not have place to put luggages when the luggage is open. Have to lay luggage on floor to open. Wash sink of bathroom counter has no place to put electric razor, make up things. Dinning room restaurant is not same as picture in web

We loved the stay, the tv was a smart tv so it had all the latest apps like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bed was super comfortable, the perfect balance between soft and hard. The balcony was amazing too especially during the time we were in Hanoi when the temperatures were aircon-like.

Location wise very good. Amenities like toilet, see through! Others wise service good also. Recommended 👍👍👍

If I can give more than 5 stars, I will. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is fantastic with lots of cafes, spa, shops, marts and travel agencies within walking distance. The night market and the hoan kiem lake are also nearby. The room is clean and comfy. We requested for a room away from the road and we were very satisfied when our request was arranged before we arrived. I will definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend this to everyone.

Good location in the old quarter near the river. We stayed during new year's Eve and it was perfect, right outside the blocked area. Close to lots of cafes. Water in the shower was strange, sudden surges of hot water.
