Clean and spacious room. Location is a bit off the old quarter but you can walk in 5-10 mins. So many local restaurants around the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend it.

小的飯店，簡單的早餐，很小的房間，和圖片上都不一樣，設施老舊，隔音不好，整晚都外面的喇叭聲很吵，睡眠品質不好的人不建議，不過服務人員還不錯，這是唯一贊同的。

在這次入住經歷讓我留下了最美好的回憶。作為一名常年在外出差的商務旅客,我對酒店服務有著很高的要求,但酒店卻完全超出了我的期望。 首先是入住體驗。酒店的大堂和房間裝潢簡約優雅,給人一種高雅舒適的感覺。但最讓我驚喜的是酒店服務員的服務態度。他們無一例外都非常熱情周到,時刻關注著客人的需求。比如前台接待小姐在我辦理入住時,仔細解答了我的各種問題,並誠懇地表達歡迎之意。 另外,房間服務員也非常細心。每天為我整理房間時都會特別注意客人的習慣,確保一切整潔有序。我最喜歡的是,他們總是在房間擺放一些小驚喜,比如精心折疊的毛巾或貼心的備註卡,讓人感受到他們的用心。 我在酒店期間遇到的其他服務人員也都給我留下了很好的印象。無論是餐廳的服務生、行李員還是前台經理,他們都能以專業和熱情的態度竭盡全力為客人提供最周到的服務。 總之,我非常滿意這次入住酒店的體驗。優質的硬件設施固然重要,但能真正打動人心的,還是酒店服務團隊的專業與熱忱。我衷心地希望他們能一如既往地為每一位客人提供優質服務,讓更多人如我一般,都能在這裡感受到家的溫暖。

第二次入住，房間舒適寬敞，前台人員服務親切，吃飯購物遊逛環劍湖非常方便，下次有機會還會選擇入住，值得推薦。

ホテルの目の前の歩道橋を渡れば旧市街の東河門まですぐの立地。車やバイクが昼夜を問わず走っている大通りに面しているので、音が気になる人もいるかも。 スタッフはみんな親切です。14時過ぎに到着してチェックインしようとしたら、お部屋の準備が整っていないからこれ食べて待っててくださいね、と果物や飲み物を出してくれました。 朝ごはんはブッフェの種類はそれほど多くないですが、オーダーできるメインにフォーがあって、朝からベトナム料理が楽しめました。

酒店接近河內古城區 一條馬路之隔就可以遊覽同春市集同埋環劍湖 酒店入邊都有按摩服務，唔使去到舊城區都可以享受 客服態度友善，願意用英文溝通

従業員の方がとても丁寧で、このホテルを選択して良かったと思いました。道路に面しているため、少しうるさいですが、便利な立地なので仕方ないと思います。朝ご飯にオムレツやフォーもオーダーできます。フォーをいただきましたが美味しかったです。

We just stayed 4 nights at Veshia Hotel, they kept our bag while we went to Ba Tu Long bay, they also arranged for washing to be done. I cannot find any fault with this hotel it is as you see on photos & a short walk into old quarter. All the staff were kind & helpful ☺️

The service was amazing, the staff was great. The only downfall was that after the Typhoon and the amount of rain that Hanoi had occurred, the electricity kept switching off, and our last night, we had no electricity at all. Besides all of this we would definitely recommend the hotel. It's close to everything. The staff offered for us to move to another hotel but really didn't want to as it was our last night. They also offered to refund us our last night due to the electricity but we didn't take it. We would definitely recommend the hotel to stay. :) thanks lovely ladies 😍

Veshia was our first hotel in Vietnam and far our worst experience. Price and quality does not sum up to the service you get. The building is old and many of the halls smell bad. The terrace also looked way different on the pictures then it was in reality, overall the pictures online were not exactly a true representation of the hotel. The pictures represented a much nicer, describing a cleaner hotel which was a dissapointment. Location is on the side of a busy highway which was very dirty and loud. It is true you could walk 10 minutes over the overpass and be in the heart of the city where everything is happening. The breakfast could be far better and more tasety than it was. The Spa is a room on the ground floor, we didn't have any treatment but didn't seem inviting. Besides this we had an very unfortunate event that happened to us and we tried to contact the hotel about this. Unfortunately the respons and way they handled it was 'politically correct' but that was it. It left me with a bitter feeling. All with all there is nothing luxuries of this boutique hotel. I won't be coming back and do not recommend this hotel as there are better options in this category in Hanoi.
