Dubbelbokat och placerat på ett annat hotell. Tyvärr är duschen på hotellet trasig.

Jag hade bokat en 4-nätters vistelse på hotellet, men hotellet överbokade sista natten, så en dag var rummet fullbokat och jag kunde inte sova. De berättade om detta tidigt på morgonen den dagen jag checkade ut, så jag bara gick därifrån utan att veta någonting. Även om de erbjöd återbetalning, verkade detta inte rätt. Alla, var vänlig notera.

Skam för en stadsresa

The staff, Tracy is very friendly, helpful & patient. She is very pretty too. We complained about the sink fly in the room. She sent housekeeper to check in it immediately. Location is good. Many street food outside the hotel. Most places of interest are walking distance.

the location is right in the middle of old quarter, a little difficult to spot if you come at night because its located inside the small alley of the busy beer street.  the room is spacious.  the staffs are great.  the only down side is we got our money stolen at the spa that hotel recommended (not hotel’s fault though)  i suggest to be careful if you plan on going to spa.

The hotel is located right in the centre but a small alley. Even if the area is very noisy, the room is ok. We heard some from construction but the noise from the bars cannot be heard. The staff is super nice and very helpful with whatever you need. The breakfast was good too. The rooms are comfortable, clean and funcional (which is not always the case in Vietnam) but quite small, which is normal for Hanoi, I guess.

Small and really cozy and sweet hotel in the most historical part of Hanoi. It is not big and our room was rather small, but gives the atmosphere of the old city. They have all necessary service - good breakfast, can order taxi to the airport, change money, help with city tour and others. Probably people can have difficulties with finding its location, so better to use google maps. If you come by taxi from the airport, maybe you will need to walk down the street for 2-3 minutes from the car to the hotel, because streets here are very narrow and crowded. Inspite of uproar outside, the hotel was very quiet inside.

The location is great, just located in the old town and there are a lot of the bar & restaurant around this area, within walking distance. The room is clean and the staff is nice. Highly recommended due to good value for money.

True to its name, this hotel is really cozy! One of the best budget hotels we’ve stayed at—clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The price is very reasonable, and the staff are helpful with great communication. The breakfast was good, and the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. They even kept our luggage for long hours while we went on our Halong Bay trip, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

We loved how close the location was to Old Quarter, it's easy to miss as it's in a little alley. However, the electricity was cut on our first day which made our stay slightly less pleasant but no fault of the hotel.

It was very fun) If you want to stay in touch with central place and history, this is definitely best choice!)

A short alley from beer street, meaning close to everything in old quarter. However, very quiet. Comfortable despite miniature area. Terrific rooftop restaurant where a tasty and quite enough breakfast is served. The stuff is great, always helpful and looking genuine:) especially at breakfast. The downside is the bed; too sturdy, more like hard sofa than bed. But apart from that is A+ :)

The place is cozy and staff is nice! The entrance is a bit hard to find but all good with the rest!

Hard to find the location initially. It’s located in a small alley right next to a club. Room was very clean but tiny. Breakfast was amazing. Overall good experience.
