The staffs are friendly! Considered a decent hotel given the price point. Would give a higher rating if the cleanliness is improved.

This is one of the best-maintained hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Its location makes walking around the city and to the nearby lake effortless. The front desk staff—a friendly and welcoming man and woman—made us feel right at home. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

«+» Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast - eggs, soup and/or pancakes to choose, fruits, drinks, toast, potatoes, sausages, rice. Good water pressure in the bathroom. «-» The room in general and the bed linen in particular smelled unbearably of detergent and some kind of chemicals, which caused an exacerbation of allergies and because of that we were forced to urgently leave the hotel after the first night in it. This smell could not be aired out by an open balcony. In another room of the hotel it smelled exactly the same. The room was very cold and the air conditioner did not cope with the function of heating the room, but at the same time it was very noisy. The balcony door constantly lets in cold from the street. All the noise from the street can be heard in the room. Absolutely ugly dirty bed linen and towels that were scary to touch. Also hair and an ant were found in the bed. The edge of the cup was broken. Because of all these significant shortcomings we were forced to urgently move out and look for a new hotel instead of spending time with benefit on a trip.

Clean and simple hotel located right in the heart of old quarter. I arrived at 3am, staff kindly opened the main door for me but unfortunately I couldn't have my room yet. This was no problem as he helped me arrange temporary sleeping facilities. Room was nothing fancy but did the job

Excellent place to stay. Very close to old town, and staff is extremely friendly. Help us to book local tours around. Highly recommended. Budget hotel with 5 star service.

Value for money. Excellent stay with breakfast, good location and best of all, friendly staff. List of good eats is very helpful.
