Excellent service from the reception who speaks perfect English and so willing to help with everything. The room is not what you see in the pictures. The toilet is horrible and not easy to access in and out.

This hotel is located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. A welcome drink was provided at check-in. There are some free snacks available at the reception. The staff are extremely friendly.

Добраться легко,от остановки 4 минуты,номера уже со старым ремонтом,но имеет место быть,ценник завышен,рядом ночной рынок,от озера 15 минут,на 09 автобусе можно добраться до океанариума,комплекса,по всему городу идет,персонал Мега отзывчивый и приятный,завтраки нужно заказывать,неплохо и вкусно

Отель маленький, но уютный, номер большой с балконом ( вид на дорогу). Завтраки приемлемые, вкусно. Удачное месторасположение!! По выходным рядом ночной рынок и до озера дойти можно но 10 минут

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem und die Ausstattung gut. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber sauber. Personal freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

ロケーション最高。 ホテル名の看板が縦長で小さいのでわかりにくい。 違うホテル名の方が大きく書かれてる。 シャワーのお湯は少しぬるめ。 朝食はバイキングで美味しかった。

Had a fantastic time at the Sono Hanoi Hotel. Ms Lee, Luke and staff are very welcoming and friendy, and they would go the extra mile to address any concerns you might have. Great location for easy access to locations. I would stay here again.

This was a cool pls ever us to stay. Our group has 3 rooms. Communication from hotel was great, early message received a few weeks before. Arrival was good, check in easy and check out easy. Mr Luke was so helpful as was the other guy and the lady (forgot their names sorry). Rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. Bathrooms a bit small but functional. Very pleased to have stayed here. Staff so great with help and advice too

Look no further. Sono Hanoi Hotel is amazing!!! The staff at reception are each individually and collectively AWESOME! Super helpful with recommendations, great English, wonderful conversations, and knowledgeable about Vietnam and lots of tours. The bed was VERY comfy and the shower/bathroom was great in the room. The location is great in old town and walking distance to exceeded t shops, endless great restaurants and cafes. The hotel provides really good prices on tours and everything arranged for you. Overall, I would most certainly return to Sono Hanoi and look forward to staying again, if ever in Hanoi in the future. Very safe hotel and safe area- as a traveling solo female. One of my favorite stays in all of Vietnam, traveling for a month. Highly recommend!
