L'Signature Hotel & Spa recensioner

We were in Hanoi Old Quater before stay in a few different hotels. And to our amazement this is the best thus far we have stay at. The staff were friendly, helpful and v accommodating to our needs. Especially credit goes to the manager, Justin and his staff Wang, Gojo, Celine, Eric and a few more I didn’t get their names. And also the attendant at the main door, always ready to help, offer us a cold drink . Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to our family and friends 。

This is a very nice hotel, clean and warm feeling, I am very appreciate that they upgraded me to a nicer and bigger room with balcony, the location is very good and just take few minutes walk to the lake, 1 minutes walk to Pizza 4P, every time I stay in Hanoi, I must go to this restaurant, their Pizza, Crabs spaghetti and Salad are excellent. Hotel Breakfast are also very good and many selection, thanks for their gift when I left the hotel next day, sure I will choose this hotel when my next visit to Hanoi.

Unbeatable location, great staff, very clean

Location is fantastic, near to many shops, places of Interest. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is helpful and upgrade my room and arrange a surprise birthday gift.

I asked for a morning call but hotel did not call me at all, so disappointed. However, hotel did treated me well for the other services.

Good staff & location , delicious breakfast, the room is luxury and clean , I recommend to stay here in Hanoi. Nearby Pizza4p I will visit here again next time .

Nice little hotel in the old part of Hanoi. We got upgraded to a room with a view.

The hotel is a 11/10 recommend! Even though above average in terms of cost, everything you get in terms of room quality, service quality, comfort and location more than compensates for it!! The staff are especially outstanding, with the service manager being very warm and friendly and the doorman always there to open the door for you! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. A big plus was that they provided a travel adapter along the kettle plug which came very much in handy since I forgot to bring one. The toilet had a luxurious feel and was very spacious. The room also comes with a 2 in 1 portable charger + alarm clock which is convenient. I really liked the hotel location as it is 2-3 mins away from Hoan Kiem Lake which looks beautiful in the day and more so at night. On top of all this, they also provide taxi service to and fro from the airport as well as day trip packages to Halong Bay, Sapa, Bing Dinh etc.

The hotel located in the lively old street, very amorous. And Foeya is a very sweet girl,good service.

Very good, surpassed expectations. Good value. Renovations started too early though.

A very good hotel with a very friendly front desk lady and very helpful indeed. A 5 star in term of comfortable and hospitality.
