I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel near West Lake in Hanoi, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the serene West Lake, which offers stunning views and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed taking morning strolls by the lake, and the nearby cafes and restaurants provided a great selection of local and international cuisine. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which made it feel cozy and inviting.

Amenities / service & cleaness are all perfect. Location is abit far from old quarter but can get half an hours by grab.

I loved the apartment I booked. The view from the bedroom was amazing at night. I would definitely recommend this place

Excellent 2-room apartment, with a good refrigerator, stove, dishes. Everything corresponds to the description. In 2 kilometers there is a large grocery store and LOTTE mall, with pleasant prices and a large assortment. From the apartment to the old city 15 minutes by bus.

整體很舒服。 廚房也夠用。 有餐桌，客廳，samsung智能電视，沙發躺起來很舒服。 若有智能馬桶就更棒了。

Đẹp sạch sẽ thoáng mát thiết kế đơn giản mà ấm âp như đang ở nhà cảm giác rất thoải mái ❤️

Khách sạn mới sạch sẽ lắm ạ. Đồ dùng dụng cụ bếp các thứ cũng đầy đủ ạ. Phòng thoáng mát thiết kế ưng. Nhưng mình đi vào đợt làm đường nên đi lại khá bất tiện. Đặt xe hay đặt đồ ăn tài xế cũng rất khó tìm đường vào.

接待人員很和善，第一天入住大馬路施工，要求換到面向巷子內的房間，她很積極的處理。換房間後東西落在第一間房間，她也馬上幫我找，真的很感謝她

幾乎全自助，登記工作人員衹有一位。前一天衞生做得不錯，入住後隔天打掃衞生不乾淨，沙發靠墊沒有歸位，衞生也沒有收拾乾淨
