Dream Boutique Hotel & Travel & Spa recensioner

Arrived at the hotel very early. Understood that early check-in was not possible as the room was not ready yet. Wanted to put our luggage at the lobby first as we had activities planned for the day. No help was rendered when I wanted to put the luggage at the lobby. I have to find my own place to store our luggage due to lobby full😑. Room size is alright to me, but if you are tall, then the ceiling might be a problem for you. Cleanliness is not very good, and the bathroom is showing signs of chokage in the draining system. The location is good, though.

My stay at Dream Boutique Hotel and Spa in the Deluxe King Room with a balcony overlooking the city was a delightful experience. Despite the incorrect location listing, the hotel's actual position north of the lake offers serene surroundings. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to every need. The room exceeded expectations, providing ample comfort and a stunning view. The hotel's spa facilities added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay.

A great hotel, with very friendly staff and a decent breakfast. The staff are super nice and helpful. Near many restaurants and cafes. The room was a bit small, but it sufficed for 2 days. Definitely worth the price, 100,000 Dong extra for breakfast if not included and is worth it.

A brilliant hotel. We were some of the first guests to stay and the hotel wasn't completely finished like rooftop bar etc but was still a great place. Ideal location, very helpful staff and great price

水回りは本サイトの写真通り綺麗で安心しました。 アメニティも必要最低限揃っており、フリーで水2本とベトナムコーヒーがついていたのは嬉しかったです。 市街地なので夜は22時頃まで賑やかです。 観光な立地の良い場所です。 また利用したいと思います。

看到Trip.com介紹說剛加入的hotel（號稱4星？）所以早早就選擇了此飯店試試結果非常失望！以後再來Hanoi旅遊一定不會再住這！除了靠近景點「還劍湖」走路3分鐘就到以外沒有什麼特別？！更何況旅館週邊都是傳統市場全都攤販白天作生意很嘈雜而且週邊環境很差！至於我住宿的房間號406房內部更惡劣住了3晚，除了第一晩late check in約11點多有「熱水」可以冲涼以外，第二天傍晚5點多冲涼以及第三天晚上九點冲諒「完全沒有供應熱水」害我洗冷水差一點感冒！我很納悶是否此「4星級」旅舘供應熱水𠕇時間限制？ 不管怎樣也應該掛牌事先公告通知一下住客真的非常差勁！另外房間小只擺在一張大床兩側完全沒𠕇上下床走動的空間而每日天要用爬床上廠真的很奇怪如何通4星的評比？？而且清潔人员有一個早上竟然在上午九點就敲門要打掃？打擾我的睡真沒禮貌而我說30分鐘後可來打掃清潔結果我被醒吵後出去逛逛中午回來竟沒有打掃？！這是那門子的服務提供！overall非常憤怒碰到這樣糟糕的服務！？不會再住啦！Trip.com嚴肅地向旅館反應立卽改善否則…..

Alles ausgezeichnet und bequeme Betten und Kissen. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereiten sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frühstücksbüffet, Nudelsuppe, Omelette und Rührei mit Gemüse, Schinken, verschiedenes Obst, wunderbarer Kaffee und Tee, Wasser , Saft..........Alles war super:) Lage: Mitten drin in der Altstadt nahe Hoan Kiem

３泊４日で宿泊しました。家族４人だったのですがベッドも広くとても快適でした。朝食付きのプランでご飯自体は美味しかったのですが、毎日同じメニューだったので連泊する場合は朝食無しのプランでもいいかも。立地的にもとても動きやすい場所でした！ホテルのスッタッフさんもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした！

房間雖然小，但是乾淨和安靜，交通便利，最深刻的體驗的是服務好，並且做按摩的技師也是非常好，不像其他的按摩店拚命要小費，這裏不會發生此類事情。
