Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel

Would not recommend this hotel. Not a pleasant experience at all! We raised our concerns to reception upon arrival. To name a few (you can also refer to photos): - the blanket was basically just the sheet itself with no duvet/quilt. There is a duvet/quilt in the wardrobe that you have to use as a second blanket instead - the view was of a dirty wall, which was not what we paid for which was the city view - you only have one card. Which is very inconvenient especially when one of us needed to leave the room, leaving the other person in a pitch black room with no electricity - mould mould mould! In the shower and on the walls. Major health concern for us as adults and especially our baby. Spoke to reception about our concerns, yet no assistance on helping us resolve it. Requested to speak to the manager to raise our concerns and to request for a refund. The receptionist refused to let us speak to the manager directly the next day and ignored us when reaching out via Whatsapp. Had to leave immediately due to the mould and the health concern to us and our baby. Save your money as it was a disappointing experience. It's not worth it.

The hotel has a good and central location, which is definitely a plus. However, I had a disappointing stay due to several serious issues. I found bedbugs and insects in my room and couldn’t sleep for two nights. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The staff was kind and helpful, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, a package I left at the reception was lost, which made me seriously question the hotel’s reliability. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its convenient location.

We arrived late in the night to out hotel, however the staff were there to help us check in. When checking out they had language storage and a scale for those who worry about over packing. Buffet was simple but always had fresh local fruit available. Pool is not wheel chair accessible, located a little further out from the city centre about a 20min walk, however this meant that our area was a little quieter than the rest of Hanoi.
