Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel

A Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my room never being cleaned, I noticed that people were entering it for unknown reasons. On my first morning, I waited 30 minutes for an omelet. The toilet got clogged, and to make matters worse, on my last day, I called reception to request a towel and water, but no one ever came. When I asked about these repeated failures in service, the staff simply blamed the New Year festivities. While I understand that there might have been staff shortages during that time, the hotel should have either closed temporarily or at least informed guests beforehand, allowing them to choose another hotel of similar price where basic services—like room cleaning—are actually provided. I had the impression that they were doing guests a favor by letting them stay, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the room was very noisy, and the air pollution from outside could be strongly felt. Given the price of the room, air purifiers should be provided. The security box was also not working, and when I reported it, reception sent a staff member with a box of keys, trying to find the right one inside my room—without success. Overall, this was a really bad experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. ---

We stayed for our first night in Hanoi, are going to be traveling around Vietnam and then we'll stay @ the hotel again for our last night in Vietnam. Staying here really felt like a luxurious break, especially after traveling around different Hostels. We went out to eat at night and couldn't wait to come back to our room. 💚Pros: + Super friendly and caring hotel staff, San showed us places to sightsee and travel to + Clean room & bathroom, with a roombar and a kit for basic hygiene + A sports room, rooftop with a stunning view, a pool and a spa, where you could book treatments + Many great spots in walkable distance + The most comfortable hotel beds we've had in 3 weeks of traveling + Great buffet for breakfast 💔CONS - that we didn't stay more than one night - that we couldn't use the pool because of the cold weather, even though it was open and usable (we were just 2 scaredy-cats, afraid of the wind :-D) We're definitely looking forwards to spending our last night in Vietnam in this great hotel, meeting San and the hotel staff again - cause they were really the sweetest.

The state is nice

This hotel is getting 1 star and that’s only because the staff were amazing! This hotel was like staying in faulty towers! The first room number 206 the air conditioner was filthy with cob webs hanging down from the ceiling, there was mould in the shower, the shower door didn’t close properly so water went on the floor in the bathroom. Then at 4.45am a loud noise from next door woke me up like a jet was landing in my room! I called reception to ask what was the noise and they said they would send someone up but no one came up! I went down to reception and they said they would move me to room 306 which was literally above where the noise was! I said isn’t that going to be noisy too and they said yes all the rooms on that side on floors 1-3 are noisy! I asked to be moved to another room which they did on level 6 which was nice and quiet. This hotel has no consistency at all! When they moved me to level 6 there was no body wash and no face washers. When I came back from Halong Bay as we were on a tour and were staying back into the same hotel, I was in another room on Level 3 but this time they tried to put me in a room with 2 single beds when I had paid for a king bed. I was moved again to a king room but again no face washers but this time I at least had body wash! Breakfast is average, but although I had several issues and so did my friends staying there, the staff were accomodating. For a hotel that was only built in 2024, it is not clean in the bathrooms and every room had mould in the shower!

The worst hotel i have ever been to in my life. I booked this hotel via Agoda 2 months prior to our trip. We received booking confirmation and receipt of payment. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist said we didn’t have a booking. After taking so long, we asked for the manager. He said that he will transfer us to another branch of their hotel and give us a bigger room. We were brought to another branch which was located in a dark and wet alley, and it was dirty and foul-smelling. We said we didn’t like the accomodation. They simply dropped us and said to get a refund from agoda and didn’t bother to help us. We booked our grab taxi on our own and booked another hotel. We reported to Agoda. Agoda tried to call luxe paradise many times but they were not reachable. So we got our refund. But this hotel has very poor customer service, rude staff and poor hygiene. Still the worst hotel in my life!
