Room 301 stinks terribly from the bathroom drain. The owner sent someone on the second day to supposedly fix it but the smell stayed. We didn't leave because we were too tired. They know about the issue because there were 2 air fresheners near the drain and an air purifier. Also, general cleanliness could be improved. The location sent my email contained a wrong link to Google Maps so we had to walk 1.2 km to reach the hotel. WiFi was spotty until we connected to the neighbor's network. The mattress had a hard area in the center, like a frame. The balcony looks over an ugly building just 2m away. I wouldn't stay there again.

However, we regret that it affected your stay.As for the directions, we provide a detailed email with written instructions along with a Drive link containing a guide with images to help guests locate the property more easily. We do not include any Google Maps link in our emails. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any difficulty you encountered in finding the hotel.Regarding WiFi, our four-story house has two separate WiFi networks, and all relevant information is clearly provided in the guide file. We are sorry if you had trouble connecting, and we would have been happy to assist if notified during your stay.Additionally, we have taken steps to improve the overall cleanliness of the entire property to ensure a better experience for future guests.We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to enhance our services. We regret that your experience was not as expected and hope you have better stays in the future.

이가격대 예약은 무조건 위치와 가성비를 볼텐데 100점이다. 호안끼엠 주위 도보 다가능하고, 숙소 바로앞에 서클케이, 약간만 더 걸으면 유재석 황정민 하노이 여행편 분짜먹은 야시장과 기찻길도 있다 편의는 세탁기랑 세탁기에 건조기 같이되는거 있는데 무료여서 빨레도 전부 해버렸다. 숙소도 사진보다 훨신 더 괜찮았고, 호스트분이 언어를 잘하시나..? 한국말로 열심히 추천해주고 도와주시는데 처음에 번역기인줄 알았는데 너무 자연스러워서 물어보니 직접 여러언어 공부 하셔서 할줄 아시는거라고.. 문제생기면 발 벗고 나서서 도와주시고, 맛집추천도 잘해주시고, 친절하시고 무엇보다 외국에서 너무 편한 느낌, 일생기면 한국말로 도와주는 심리적 안정감 까지 주셔서.. 진짜 열심히 해주시는데 꼭 성공하셨으면 좋겠다. 밑에분들 왜 평점을 낮게주셨는지 모르겠다.. 진짜 너무 좋은거 같은데.. 호스트님 꼭 성공하세요. 기억 나실진 모르겠지만 다음 하노이 방문하면 꼭 또 다시 예약하겠습니다.
