Stayed here with my family for 5 days , a fantastic hotel , beautiful rooms , clean , bright , comfortable. Amazing location approximately 5 minutes from Hanoi night market and 2 minutes from the lake. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are the friendliest , kindest staff who are always there to help and go above and beyond . It was my birthday whilst there and they made my birthday so very special . We can’t thank the staff at the hotel from reception , concierge , and restaurant enough they are great. A special massive Thank you to Lily who has been incredible and was always there to advise and support . THANK YOU to everyone at le premier hotel , if staying in Hanoi don’t look anywhere else stay at this hotel and you won’t go wrong . 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff were all so attentive and welcoming. I don’t often write reviews, but I really wanted to take a moment to say a special thank you to Harry at reception. He went above and beyond to help me retrieve something I had accidentally left at another establishment. I thought it was lost for good, but thanks to his persistence and kindness, I was able to get it back. Harry truly went the extra mile, and I’m so grateful for his help. He’s an outstanding young man and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

We really enjoy our stay in Le Premier Hotel. Clean, comfort, delicious brakefast, and in the center of Hanoï. I recommand 100%. The sky bar is a plus for a drink during the evening.

I very much enjoyed all aspects of my stay. The included buffet breakfast has a broad mix of choices, but what I strongly recommend is starting your day like a local with Pho - it’s included in your breakfast however ordered from the table. The restaurant is very good. The hotel location is very good and on a quaint street. Around the corner is a large coffee shop where you will see lots of locals (can’t remember the name - starts with an N). The bed was excellent, shower is spacious and water pressure was perfect. My room did not have a view, which was perfectly fine as it was surprisingly dead quiet. Finally, and most importantly, the staff is amazing. Very welcoming, genuinely interested in your stay and helpful with advice. I would hands down stay there again.

I chose "Le Premier Hotel" because not only did it rate highly in reviews, it is in the perfect location to see all the sights easily. I also promised the Hotel's Ms Lily that I'd make this Review and its become a very easy promise to keep. I'm so glad that I chose this little hotel, because it provided us with one of the best stays we have ever had, anywhere in the world. My wife and I were well and truly "pampered" right from our late evening arrival to our departure nearly a week later. Nothing was too hard for Ms Lily and her staff and ALL of them bent over backwards to make our stay there "The best". The comprehensively equipped room was very comfortable, the bed was huge, the air-conditioning was efficient, the bathroom was also fully kitted out and I enjoyed returning there each day to unwind from sightseeing. Opposite the hotel is a trustworthy and somewhat generous, money exchanger and only about 50 meters away is probably the best Pizza Parlour we have ever visited. (4P's Pizza). Its always full and you'll need to book. There is a bar right up on the roof, the Luxe Bar. Being non-drinkers we didn't drink up there but we visited it and really felt comfortable. Just below the bar is a really good restaurant. We ate dinner there several times, afternoon tea there twice and every breakfast. All dishes, were excellent, including the breakfast eggs done to order, anyway you want. As I said at the start, the Le Premier Hotel is ideally situated for easy access to all the Old Quarter tourist sights. Mural Street, Water Puppets, Night Markets, Hanoi Hilton Prison, Train Street and Hoen Kiem Lake are all within walking distance but you'll need transport to see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Museum, One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature. As we were leaving the entire Front of House staff followed us out onto the footpath, wished us well and waved goodbye to us. That has never happened ANYWHERE before. It made us feel "special", very special. Because we fell in love with Hanoi's Old Quarter and this little Hotel, I'm already planning our return and when we do, we will most definitely stay here again. I doubt there is anywhere better.
