Splendid Premium Hotel recensioner

We loved our stay at the hotel. This was the first destination of our honeymoon and we were received with a lovely gesture in our room (you can see in the attached photo). Very lovely. After a few minutes we were surprised to detect a cigarette smell in the room. We spoke about it with the lobby and they immediately addressed the situation and switched our room - we were very thankful for their seamless approach which was very assuring. The service remained excellent, warm greetings every time we left or entered the hotel 🥰 Breakfast was 10/10, big variety to choose from - local or european. We also booked the next step of our vacation (Ha Long Bay cruise) with the gracious help of Mr. HA! Thank you! Would definitely return!! Special thanks to Ms. An, Ms. Kate and Mr. Jacky! You all made our stay wonderful!

Unforgettable stay. The most amazing staff with amazing Rose and her team. Good breakfast, great great great location, I can stress this enough. The staff were so so helpful, friendly and always ready to assist when need be

The hotel is central to everything, the staff is outstanding, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Ms. Rachel at the front desk was the best. Friendly, professional and very helpful, helping me locate taxi service, restaurants and making the checkin and checkout process very pleasant and welcoming.

I had a great time. Hotel is clean, in middle of city and very accessible. Ms.May , Ms. An, Ms. Rose, Mr.Jacky and the staff were very hosiptable and professional. Food at breakfast was very fresh as well! Thanks

I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days. - The location is as good as it gets - The room was clean and comfortable - The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep - The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day. - The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests. I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay. Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

The Splendid Premium hotel is everything but not Premium. The swimming pool’s pictures on the app do not match with the reality. Chlorine smell is really strong and the outdoor swimming pool doesn’t exist at all (check the fake picture). The bedroom‘s facilities are very low quality and not suitable for a 5 stars hotel. The services belong to a 3 stars hotel. Polite staff like everyone in Vietnam.

The location is great, and the hotel's decor is nice and looks very new. However, there was no hot water on the day of check-in. When we asked the staff for help, they said we had to wait until the next day for the maintenance team to fix it. The next day was even worse—the power went out in the morning and wasn’t restored even by checkout time. Overall, it was a very poor experience

Jacky and Rachel and Kelvin all are very good at hotel experiences and I was so satisfied very much to them. Next time I will come again to this hotel if I come back to Vietnam.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this hotel. Location- It was in an ideal spot in the Old Quarters, few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Adding to that, there are currency exchange shops across from the hotel. There are also different spas and cafes. Food- The food was very good. I did not have a bad meal. Every morning there was a different menu and there were alot of varieties. Staff- Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Shout out to Jacky and another guy at the front desk (didn't get his name). Overall, very friendly staff. Room- It was pretty nice, we took one with the balcony, the 'city view' could be questioned but apart from that, it was very clean and modern.

Good hotel in the old quarter of the city. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good too.

Dong, Jacky, Anna and Rachel, May, Kate are so helpfull and friendly. Everythıng ıs Good. We love staying here. Location is very good close to everywhere by walking. So clean and tidy. Breakfast is so good and too many options for everyone. We will come back. Lobby is so good for working.

Kate and May were good at help. Provided early checkin which was needed. The room previous was very small but the one with terrace jacuzzi is the best room I have seen in hanoi. Great location just beside lake. Best hotel would visit again.

The entire reception team - Happy, Dong, Anna and Rachel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was very good. They have different menu each day. Room was clean and comfortable.
