The Embassy Hotel Hanoi recensioner

Overall good experience. Room is clean and comfortable. Lots of food within walking distance. Breakfast buffet in the hotel starts at 6.30am, however ready after 7am. Plan ahead or grab something else if you need breakfast early.

It was a pleasant stay. We could find what we needed near the hotel. The Staff is professional and willing to help and answered our needs We would recommend "The Embassy Hotel" to our friends.

Decent price, a convenient location next to a major traffic road to access Grab taxi and night limousine bus drop off point. The staff stood by at the lobby just for me well past the midnight for check-in despite my significantly delayed arrival. A staff member Hannah was especially helpful with breakfast and luggage service, too.

The hotel is located at a very strategic location. The receptionist Kate is very friendly and helpful.

Great stay. It was previously Pomihoa Hotel Hanoi and recently revamped and rebranded as The Embassy Hotel Hanoi. The staff were very nice and helpful! Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice , and location is very near to Old Quarter , they had amazing breakfast but the best part was their stuff so sweet , especially Kate , so nice , they know how to communicate with people 👌🏽

I had such an amazing experience at Embassy Hotel Hanoi. The location is incredibly convenient as it’s close to everything you need and easy to get around. The outstanding service was truly impressive too. A special shoutout to Hanna and Kate, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so accommodating, kind, and genuinely hospitable. Every interaction with them was warm and helpful. They were also excellent at communicating through WhatsApp, which made everything from check-in super smooth and hassle-free.

It was just a stay over night in Hanoi. It was very clean and the staff were very very very helpful and polite and friendly. It's situated in the very heart of old town so everything is walking distance. Highly recommend. Breakfast was basing but good.

The Staff is very nice, always willing to help. Is a good option near walking distance to different tourist spots in Old quarter. Room is comfortable. Maybe just need to be renewed a bit.

The breakfast is decent. Staff are polite and respectful. Their shower water was not at all warm/hot. I stayed their 3 days so I just out up with it. The weather is humid so you may not mind it. 15 minutes to old quarters. So if you like to walk that's the best. Overall, it is decent!

The stuff are really nice and friendly. Breakfast is also delicious. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.
