A really comfy bed, friendly receptionist. Good location for walking the narrow streets of Hanoi. A bit far from attractions.

Our last day in Hanoi we stayed here. It’s a little far from old quarter but works. Had all the basic amenities needed. Recommend.

the room is big & clean, there is a daily cleaning, drinking bottle, change towel & toiletries. the toilet got heater & blower. there is also water heater, microwave, fridge & induction cooker where you can cook light food. also have desk table & tv with hbo. about 10m away is a market where you can buy fresh fruits & vegs. drinks & snacks. there is also alot of coffee shop & mini mart around the area. I booked grab bike going to old quarter Opera House & paid 40T. this place is ideal for families.. I'll book again soon 👍

Good water pressure, good WiFi, clean, TV has satellite international world news channels, food channels and local channels etc. There are many salons, manicure and pedicure shops and restaurants nearby. Prices are cheaper than in the tourist area. There is a market street selling fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and meat etc. Can do simple cooking if you want.

Not so supportive front desk, wrong type of housing (as description they said was a apartment or homestay but when we checked-in they said they are hotel and not available to eat in), small walk-in line, hard to place or book transportation, very far from public transportation stations, exễprienced traffic jam

Trước tiên, mình cảm ơn vì bạn đã lựa chọn ks mình ạ. Mình xin phép đc trả lời những vấn đề bạn nói trên ạ.- Việc tắc đường trong giờ tan tầm thì tắc ở ngoài đường lớn bên mình ko kiểm soát đc việc đấy, xin lỗi vì đã làm bạn phiền lòng. Mặc dù ngõ nhỏ nhưng mình chắc chắn 1 điều là ko khó book đồ ăn, vì khu vực này cũng là trung tâm của Hà Nội, chỉ xa phố cổ một chút thôi ạ- Mình có trao đổi với lễ tân trực thì bữa đó bạn có tụ tập 4 bạn khác đến để ăn uống và bạn ấy chỉ nhắc là bên mình ko cho phép tụ tập ăn uống quá khuya và tránh làm ồn cho các phòng xung quanh. cái này bên mình sẵn sàng trích xuất camera ạ- Bạn chỉ ở 4 tiếng mà đánh giá như vậy chưa khách quan nên mình giải thích ở đây để các khách khác ko hiểu nhầm ạ.Bên mình cũng xin nhận và sẽ cố gắng khắc phục dịch vụ. Cảm ơn bạn nhiều nha.

Host wasn’t very nice to my girlfriend. Told us she would reply soon but then ignore us. Then interrupted my gf while she was speaking because she didn’t like that we asked to leave a day early. The location isn’t convenient unless you take grabbike or rent a bike. Light in the room was harsh white led lights which feel more like an office than a cozy room.

It's very clean and quiet area. I would highly recommend. The staff is super friendly. You can rent a bike if you need one. Everything is so neat and tidy. They have laundry services available on the premises as well.

Hôtel bien situé pas très loin du vieux centre en scooter. La chambre est très spacieuse mais pas du tout entretenue. Moisissure dans la salle de bain, couette et oreillers tâchés. Vue sur le mur.

Отличный отель для комфортного проживания в Ханое! Номер чистый, есть горячая вода, что немаловажно. Также в номере оборудованная кухня: есть плита, рисоварка, посуда – можно готовить самостоятельно. Хотя отель не в самом центре города, все необходимое находится рядом – магазины, прачечная, ремонтные мастерские и даже салон красоты.
