though there is not much facilities, i like the pluffy pillows & clean room, & strong aircon & water pressure. breakfast is ok. staff are nice n helpful.

Walk to Old Quarter . Many eateries and restaurant . Great breakfast spread on level 13 . Superb and cheerful service from dinning reception and housekeeping .

Service is good, counter service is responsive and friendly, communication in English is not a problem with the staff.

I recently stayed in the Executive room in Wing A of Bendecir Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. This location is exceptional, with everything you need within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, perfectly fitting both leisure and business needs. The standout feature for me was the hotel staff's exceptional friendliness and commitment to service. They truly went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. As for dining, the buffet was decent, offering a fair selection of dishes. However, I did notice a lack of variety in the daily breakfast options. Overall, my stay in the Executive room of Wing A at Bendecir Hotel & Spa was quite positive. The great location and the high level of comfort and service make this a recommendable choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Hotel is at very good location, in Old Quarter, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff is very good, professional and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and many options to chose. Restaurant is at 13th floor so you have a view to the whole city.

Arrived very late at the hotel and was greeted with a warm anticipated welcome by the receptionist. The bedroom was clean and neat, beautiful tiled bathroom with strong water pressure. Breakfast was exhilarating with all round view and the waiters are very polite. Nice spread of local delights, never fail warm my heart and tummy. This hotel is surprisingly affordable for budget traveller like me. Keep the good works!

It is located in Old Town. Good location, but the hotel is not looking new one Compare with the price, not good service. I did massage but quite be a little expensive as i think. But breakfast service is really good. The view is good as well.

Staff is very helpful, location is near major attractions (walkable distance). The street is busy but mot noisy. Breakfast is sufficient, just the restaurant is a bit too small.
