Terrible hotel. Many issues. The shower head didn’t work properly and the light globe in one of the lamps stopped working so I requested assistance. Instead of fixing these issues I was given a room change. The shower head was still poor in the new room. The walls are thin so could hear the people in the next room very clearly. One of the reasons I selected to stay at this property was the sky bar, however, it is closed! Extremely disappointed. The bathroom was really weird, poorly designed and small. You have to step up to the bath and open these heavy thick glass doors to get into the shower. It’s not safe and clumsily designed. The door of my room wasn’t fitted properly so lots of light from the hallway came in. The hotel room was very over priced for my 2 night stay. Only one person speaks good English, the lady. The room was fitted out in a modern style but quite small and no extra pillows. The air con was good. The basin didn’t seem clean. The water from the tap in the basin went everywhere. When my room was cleaned they didn’t make the bed properly. The lady at reception was helpful with tour suggestions and gave me a map and told me about a market. I do not recommend staying here.
