The location is in the old quarter near everything. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is good.

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices. Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful

Need to climb some steps to the top floor for breakfast, but the breakfast spread and quality is pretty good.

The hotel is in the city center close to many convenient stores, monuments etc. The staff is always smiling and dedicated. Good breakfast. Recommanded :)

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool seemed to be dirty so I didn't try it, but the rooftop provided great views of the area! Would definitely stay again.

Великолепный сервис, Великолепное расположение, идеальная чистота, быстрый WiFi, вкуснейшие завтраки, все необходимое в номере присутствует, отличный спа при отеле. В общем ничего плохого про этот отель сказать не могу, останавливался в нем 2 раза и вернусь снова если буду в Ханое.
