Hanoi Moonlight Hotel recensioner

I had a pleasant stay here. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to find food options nearby. There is also a Circle K convenience store just a street away. The rooms are standard with a small balcony. While the decor and facilities are a bit dated, it offers good value for the price. It’s suitable for a one-night stay, but for longer stays, keep in mind that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

PROS -Clean and spacious room -Big bed -with mini fridge and complimentary water -with a bath tub and toiletries and dryer -accessible to everything i.e. Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. -staff Tomas is very friendly and accommodating CONS -Wifi is too slow and is almost not working. -no double lock inside -not soundproof and guests are always noisy when passing the rooms. They don't care if they disturb someone. So rude of them. -considering the price, you can find a lot of hotels located or near the Old Quarter with better deals.

The location of the hotel is very accessible to the places where I have roamed around my stay even when rains poured down. It is near the Hoan Kiem Lake where surrounding places are full of activities. Its room is air-conditioned and wide. The shower is with a bath tub. However, upon my stay, I had to climb to the 6th floor since there was no elevator. Nonetheless, the place is good with very accommodating staff attending to the guests.

エレベーターはありません。階段で上り下りしなければなりません。普通の1階はG（グランド）であり、1Fは実質２階になります。 部屋説明にバスタブありとなっていましたが、私の部屋は排水口のフタがありませんでした。 ビニール袋で栓をして湯を溜めようとしましたが、温水のキャパが無く、すぐ冷水になってしまい諦めました。 水ボトル、インスタントコーヒーなどのサービスもありません。 価格並みと言えるでしょう。

一人旅で利用しました。フロントの男性はとても親切。室内は清潔感もあってとてもよかった、wifiも早い。お湯もしっかり出る。 エレベーターがなく階段で上がる必要があるのが唯一の欠点かな。立地がとにかくよいので便利です。

Top experience from start to finish. We booked everything with alex- airport transfers, 1 night in his hotel and a 2 night cruise on Lan ha Bay. Excellent service and value for money. Other travelers we met had horror stories about other booking agents overcharging or changing cruises at last minute but Alex was true to his word and I know he could have resold our nights hotel and 2 night cruise for more money due to demand but didn't. Very honourable and likable guy who we would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Alex. Peter and Geraldine.

Extremely dated hotel, so much so the flooring in our room had complete shrunk and started to come unfixed. The bed was comfy and big, however the room and bathroom wasn’t very clean. We were on the very top floor of the hotel and there was no lift available. This was something that also made the stay less enjoyable as having to climb that many stairs, several times a day in heat got unbearable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got our laundry done through the hotel, however unfortunately quite a few of our items came back dirtier than when we handed them over. This is just something to consider if you would like to get laundry done; maybe try somewhere else.

"Hotel" without a proper reception and only a man right near the entrance door appearing as the reception with a mobile phone in hand and a big notebook "checking guests in". I had organised an airport pick up via *********** and advised them of the delays flying in from ho chi minh - roughly around 4hrs. during this time I kept the "hotel" informed as I knew the driver would venture out at the given time. but i provided my flight details and expected arrival throughout. after I walked out of arrivals there was no driver or my name on a board insight. instructions were unclear and I ended up having a local at the airport assist me for 30mins whilst we tried to find the driver. Sure enough, he appeared. Mind you this was around 1am in the morning. He then proceeds to ask for more money multiple times as apparently I made him wait longer despite the hotel knowing my flight had been delayed and I was instructed to pay reception. RED FLAG. when i arrived at the hotel as I mentioned, no reception. my room was a few floors up. the minute we opened the room it was not what I had expected, the room was clean but the bathroom looked very old and there was a small opening facing the building beside us which meant any time I wanted to shower, they had full view. I had, had enough so I packed my bags and looked for the nearest actual HOTEL. The man at reception had limited english, so we had to ring the owner. thankfully, they allowed me to leave by only paying 1 night's accommodation. It is a simple B&B - would definitely suit a family or group on a budget - but would not recommend this for a solo female traveller.
