The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm welcome and great local tips. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the lively surroundings. Fantastic location, walkable to everything we wanted to see in old quarter, next to some really nice cafes. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good, not a fan of over bath though but wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff are absolutely great, very helpful and always smiling, would definitely stay here again!

Room is nice and the staff are kind and polite, but the air conditioner is super cold and the controller is not working.

Good location ever place within walking distance: opera house, the lake, cathedral and supermarkets. A lot of restaurants near by etc: Vietnamese food, french restaurant next store. Free breakfast and buffet styles, good cooking, room was big and water was hot. Most + was quiet at night and we slept very well. Staff was helpful.

Just fine hotel in Hanoi busy area. Near the beer street and convenient to move around. Also hotel staffs are very kind and tried to do their best service for the guests.

Очень хорошие и чистые номера. Удобная кровать. Отель находится в старом квартале, не далеко озеро и улица с поездом. На рецепшене нам помогли найти экспресс-стирку и постирали наши вещи за 5 часов, так же помогли заказать трансфер в аэропорт за хорошую цену

Очень уюный номер, мне повысили категорию, было приятно. Приветливый персонал, вкусный завтрак. С удовольствием остановилась бы ещё!

Хорошее расположение, можно доехать на автобусе от аэропорта. Завтраки средние.

地點佳離還劍湖超近，走路幾分鐘就到了，已經入住了第二次了，櫃台服務人員服務態度親切，雖說我不懂英文來溝通，但也很親切的招呼我們，值得推薦

由於酒店的入離政策，怕凌晨到達無法辦理入住，嘗試在訂好後10分鐘內嘗試取消過訂單，但是由“該酒店24小時前台”的理由被拒絕了，哪知當天到了酒店告知滿房了，被帶到了另外一家酒店先住一晚。對於該問題找攜程方面做了協商處理，結果也比較滿意，該酒店就該問題提出免費送機服務作為補償 房型：無窗的房型有點小 位置/距離：距離還劍湖很近，步行5～10分鐘即到 服務：温和有禮 衞生：還不錯，無功無過 噪音：隔音比較差，在房間內能聽到外面走路講話的聲音；在過道也能聽到房間內聲音

在河內入住的第二家酒店，酒店一樓是吃早餐的餐廳，入住在二樓辦理，前台接待的小姐姐會說中文。還推薦餐廳，非常細緻。

糟糕透了，事先已訂好的房間，到了現場卻沒有房間，將原已訂的房間，私下將出售給其他人，換個房間又臭又髒甚至沒有衛生紙，千萬千萬不要來這間飯店找罪受！ Terrible, I have booked a room in advance, but there is no room when I arrive at the scene, I will sell the originally booked room to other people privately, and the new room is smelly, dirty and even has no toilet paper, please don't come to this hotel Seek guilt!
