A resort hotel. Very clean and tidy. Swimming pools around. Breakfast has a lot of variety. The only thing the bed is very small.

The hotel room is spacious and comfy, with a air purifier and a huge walk-in closet. The service is nice and the breakfast is of a wide of variety of food. Spent 3 nights and it was just perfect.

The hotel is very good locations and many facilities such as fitness restaurants.

I recommended this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Vietnam (Hanoi) , every thing is great: location near the hotspot area, breakfast is good, WiFi is available anywhere at the hotel, all staff are friendly and welcoming. It has a fantastic view from the room, room is very comfortable. Definitely will return the next time.

Peaceful Lakeside Escape – A Perfect Place to Unwind This was a brilliant hotel to truly relax and unwind. The view overlooking the lake was absolutely phenomenal — a unique and calming backdrop to the entire stay. The pool was a highlight, and the gym and sauna were a real treat, making it easy to recharge both body and mind. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and quality. A perfect stay for anyone looking to escape and enjoy some peaceful luxury.

The location is very far from the city. N the hotel is quite old and also not so clean. But overall ok. Pretty rooms.

We stayed in this room for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. Everybody was incredibly helpful and always had service with a smile. The breakfast selection was huge and all very high quality food and drinks. Room service was fast and very polite. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a lot provided in the rooms and everything feels very well thought of. The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions or concerns you might have. If I could give them an 11 out of 10 rating I would without hesitation

Great location great staff the cater to your every needs Great breakfast with a tentative staff However, hotel is very dated. It is stuck in 90s. Furniture, bathroom electronics decor everything reminds you of average model you would find in the US Bathrooms were clean, but again very clearly dated decor Seems like hotel has not been renovated in a very long time even general public areas need regress cleaning schedule. You see dirty floors and dust on door seals everywhere you don’t wanna look for it’s there.
