Helpful counter staff,higher floor water pressure not strong,need to improve but still at acceptable level.Overall still happy to stay here.

空調聲音很大，吵得無法睡覺，洗澡用的沐浴用品是罐裝的，瓶子可以隨便打開，而且又臟，我都不敢用，要是有人在裏面放異物誰來保證安全？其他還好，總體體驗不算好，不符合這個價格

Most of our Group of 20 would not return . Dirty , Stuffy rooms , poor maintenance , noisy, moldy & smoke smelling rooms . Rooms were so small . Only positive was the location and the limited breakfast ! Unable to assist with Dairy & Gluten free options .Fruit & omelet was OK! Unable to provide an extra towel or pillow, Advising me there were none on the premises. Beds were comfortable & AC worked well . Close to Night Market and Old Quarter .

The hotel very very nice. Staff is frienly. Breakfast is good. I ill tell may friend come to Vietnam and stay this hotel . It’s really good. Hanoi is busy but very safe , food is great. Taxi is cheap and polite. Thank you Vietnam very much . See u agian

Be prepared for leaky bathrooms and reading the reviews It's Not Unusual we will move to another room but was very inconvenienced by the fact that the bathoom was already a bit flooded when we went in and was more so after we had a shower and a bath

Good service and food was good , nice wheather, really love it the service, only need to upgrade the language, otherwise all good and December season is best season very nice and food food friendly lovely such a good hotel recommended hotel 100%

Breakfast is a bit limited. But the overall quality is ok. There is not a lot of seating available, so it can happen that you have to wait for a free space if the hotel is crowed. There is a lot of difference in the quality in the rooms. Some are pretty ok and without remarks. While others have obvious defects such as leaking drains, smelly drains and poorly placed bathtubs. There is definitely room for improvement here.

This hotel very good service service manager Mr Wind give me good service last thanks for hotel manager, hotel sleeping room is the very nice and morning breakfast also very very good this location also very nice everything thanks before I come to Vietnam must be I take my family this hotel is service is good

We stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel was absolutely fine. Breakfasts were ok and the egg counter was very good. The staff are all very friendly and keen to help with anything. The big plus is the location. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep and maybe 20 minute walk into centre of town, cathedral, opera house etc. Our stay included the time of the horrendous super tyhoon Yagi, and we have to say thank you to all the staff who came into work, and were there for all the guests caught up in that terrible situation. Our hearts went out to all of you and what you must have been going through at that awful time in your own personal lives. Should we be back in Hanoi we will certainly stay with you again.
