Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel recensioner

One of the best places to stay in Hanoi. Can't find better staff than those you find here. As my girlfriend kept saying, they have the solutions to all the problems you can have in Vietnam. If they don't, they go above and beyond to help you. And the hotel itself is very clean and nice. The breakfast is something I love the most. Definitely would come back here just for the breakfast.

Our room had no windows, smelled like sewage, mold on ceiling, paint was chipping. I hated living and going back to the hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. more of a 2 star. Felt bad for the staff because they were nice and helpful but had to deal with awful amenities.
