La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel and Spa recensioner

We had an issue with the air conditioning on our first night, but after we reported it to the hotel the next day, they responded quickly and resolved the problem. They also made improvements to their internal processes to prevent similar issues from happening again, which shows they truly listen to guest feedback. All the staff were very friendly, and the spa experience was excellent—definitely recommend trying it out!

This hotel is very convenient in terms of getting food and to POI. Train street is just a stone throw away. Also the food street which is just next to Train street. The street in front of the hotel also have a few eating places. The reception is welcoming, welcome tea and snacks with cold towel. Also have complimentary cocktail at roof top bar. The room is clean, good air conditioning and strong water pressure. The breakfast place on level 8 is also good. Varieties is not as many as those in 5 stars hotel. But it has delicious pho and many others. The staff from lobby all the way to the rooftop are attentive and smiling. This hotel also provide locker service if you are taking the night train. Also provide free shower facilities for us before going to the train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel in future. Special mention to Viet Nguyen. He recommended us to a local cafe place, it served good coffee and good ground coffee powder to buy home. It’s cheaper than other streets and good quality robusta coffee.

I booked 2 separate rooms for us and for our friends. The moment we arrived at the hotel the staff are so nice and professional. the hotel is not perfect but at least they try their best to accommodate and take care of their guest. breakfast food is okay but needs more varieties to choose to. all in all it was great and lovely!

Mixed Experience at La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel and Spa The staff service was excellent, especially a lady at breakfast who was not only friendly but also gave great recommendations for nearby travel spots. Her hospitality truly stood out. However, the hotel’s facilities need better maintenance. The shower faucet fell off while my girl friend was showering and hit her head 🤬, which was quite dangerous. This kind of issue shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this standard. Food quality was average, and hygiene was a concern—I found a plastic piece in my meal, which was disappointing. The hotel has a great location and attentive staff, but improvements in maintenance and cleanliness are needed for a better experience.

Room size ok for 2 pax. We were upgraded to executive room. Prefer standing shower instead of bath tub, pls request from counter when check in of your preference. Got 2 complimentary cocktail drinks at rooftop bar, excellent drinks and view. Breakfast lacking in variety.

This hotel is close to everything. The reception staff helped me to book train tickets and gave me some interesting spots to visit. The room where the breakfast is served is awesome !

Absolutely a hidden gem in Hanoi! This hotel is a fantastic stay and the service of the staff is top notch! I’ve stayed twice here now and will definitely choose again. The location next to the coffee shops in the train street is such a bonus! It’s a classy boutique must stay for anyone wanting a localized experience, genuine caring staff and a great stay! Walking distance to the cathedral and old area! Reminds me of the Great Gatsby!

There is only good things to say about this accomodation. From the facilities to the service and hospitality - everything was beyond our expectations. Our 3D 2N stay was a memorable one due to the exceptional, polite and professional hospitality provided by all of the hote staffs. The lady manager in charge was very diligent, proactive and brimming with politeness. In addition, the receptionist even went as far as sharing places to go based on his personal experience and recommendations. Talk about a good local guide. The food was delicious and the in-house spa services and massages were amazing. Apart from that, even the bellboy help us to secure a parking spot throughout the night for our rented bike despite not having any direct parking space available at the hotel. This allowed us a peace of mind over bike theft. Overall, the highlight of this establishment would be the excellent service quality and hospitality that makes one feel at home - literally. The location is strategic within the old quarters whether you are travelling on foot or on a bike,. I would highly recommend this hotel and surely will be back here again on my next trip.

Awesome location along the old town of Hanoi. Price was reasonable and came with breakfast. Amenities was a bottle of wine and size of the room was decent for 1 person. Happy to return!
