Vi kom överens om att hotellet hade problem med dokumenten och att de inte hade dem i ordning, så de flyttade oss direkt till ett närliggande hotell, fast under sämre förhållanden

Till att börja med är jag fransman och jag stannade 16 dagar Hotellet har extremt bra valuta för pengarna. Fördelaktig Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge i Hanois gamla historiska kvarter Personen är extremt vänlig och finns där för att hjälpa dig. Rummet var bekvämt och tyst och välutrustat (kylskåp, vattenkokare, hårtork, kassaskåp, stort badrum). Hotellet har ingen cateringservice (därför ingen frukost) Förbättringspunkt: i mitt rum var luftkonditioneringen extremt bullrig Så omöjligt att sova om luftkonditioneringen är aktiverad TV:n är mycket dåligt inställd och mottagningen är mycket dålig kvalitet Jag rekommenderar detta hotell

The accommodation is very accessible! The A/C is cold and the room is comfortable!

God Location. Very near to night market

It's a super convenient hotel if you want to go many historical and cultural places and also many places to go out, eat and have coffee or drinks. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was in the second floor and the noise was too much from the lobby (first floor) they should be more quiet and pay attention about it. I didn't complain because it was only one night but if I stay longer it will be an issue. Anyway, nice experience in this hotel. Lovely people

The toilet bowl handle was broken; and one of toilet seat secured point was missing, looks like hotel couldn't take trouble to repair them. The room was not sound proof and voices from outside could be heard. Not recommended to stay.

Nice hotel at the heart of Hanoi. It's a bit small but really clean & located in the Old Quarter so you can find some good restaurants & delicious local food within walking distance. Staff are friendly & helpful. Would love to stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

Hotel centrally located in old quarter. Mostly walking distance to well known tourist spots. The room is huge but not that clean. Sleepers where very dirty. toilets are not clean well. Amenities especially soap and shampoo are in sachets.

Really nice hotel. I got a Senior Deluxe Room and I found it very small compared to some of the other places I had stayed with comparable rates. The hotel upgraded me for free which was nice and they were mostly helpful for my needs.

Very friendly staff, especially at the breakfast. Hotel is okay for a night, but nothing special. Some towels had stains. Location is great.

Located in Old Quarter, 400m to Dong Xuan Market. There are few halal eateries nearby within walking distance. The mosque was nearby too. There are a lot of coffee shops and convenient stores nearby hotel too. They upgraded our room to a bigger room, thank you! They provided extra blanket and pillow too. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was good and overall good per my spouse stated.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Good value of money. Close to most popular tourist spots. Recommend!
