직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만.. 너무 지저분해요 ㅜ 낣은건 이해하겠는데 먼지도 많이 쌓여있고 청소 안한듯요, 침구에서 냄새나요 ㅜ 두번은 안묵을것 같아요.

○立地 旧市街や水上人形劇場にも徒歩で行けるので、観光しやすいです。目の前にスーパーもあります。 道に一人通れるくらいのゲートが面していて、ホテルの入口はそのゲートを通ったらあります。道からホテルの玄関が見えるわけではないので注意です。 ○スタッフ、対応 用意してもらっていた部屋が急遽使えなくなったのですが、ベッドの大きさなど配慮してもらい、こちらの要望を相談しながら別の部屋を手配してくれました。スタッフはとても親切です。5:00amのチェックアウトにも対応していただけました。 初日テレビのチャンネルがうつらなかったので設備は3の評価にしました。テレビは次の日に直してもらいましたが、すぐつかなくなってしまいました。笑　テレビは見なくても不便はなかったので、大きな問題ではなかったです。 配送荷物の受け取りを事前にお願いしたら、フロントで預かってくれます。スタッフとは英語でやり取りできましたし、翻訳アプリでベトナム語翻訳を見せれば問題なかったです。エレベーターで８階まで行けます。 ○清掃 担当者が一人で回っているようでした。清掃の時間に私達がまだ部屋にいた際は、お願いしたら後回しにしてくれました。トイレットペーパーは鏡の裏に補充分があります。 ○朝食 スープ、ウインナーベーコン、パン、サラダ、ベトナム料理が3品ほど(2日食べましたが前日と違う料理でした)、デザート2品ほど、オレンジジュースとアップルジュース、水などがバイキング形式でありました。オムレツは頼んだらスタッフが焼いてくれました。食べ歩きメインだったので軽く食べられるのがよかったです。食堂の大きさはテーブル席が5つ前後、10〜12席ほどありました。 ○灰皿 ホテルの外に灰皿スペースがあり、外でタバコを吸えます。

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Alle im Hotel können englisch sprechen. Das einzige was nicht so atemberaubend war, ist das Frühstück.

위치가 진짜 넘 좋아요 어디든 가까움 방도 넓고 컨디션도 좋고 영어도 잘 하셔서 소통 원활~

浴室門無法關緊，洗澡時，水噴到外面，隔音非常不好，樓上房客走路的聲音聽的清清楚楚，很難睡覺。

Me and my husband spent a fantastic week in Hanoi and we stayed at Golden Sunshine Villa Hotel & Travel. We loved the place and all the staff. They have been amazing. The room was big and very clean. It was very comfortable. The position of the hotel was perfect: we were in the centre of Old Quarter and it was easy to move around. The staff was so kind! They went to buy some soy milk just for me as I could not drink milk. I am really thankful for that. The food was delicious at breakfast and cooked at the moment. We loved the pancakes! The hotel is really well located within walking distance of all the attractions in the old quarter, and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. They helped with our bags on arrival and departure, and offered great local recommendations for food and things to do. There was a problem with the air con in our room when we arrived, and we were promptly moved to a different room, which was even nicer than the first! Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet offering and also the opportunity to order a la carte. We usually stay in 5 star properties and Golden Sunshine Villa gave us a 5 star experience. We'd definitely stay here again.

The staff made this a memorable trip. They were so helpful and friendly. We needed their help on several occasions with SIMS, and taxis and they would even come out on the street to talk to taxi drivers if you were stuck. The room was large and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Definitely recommend

Ruby and The Team were fantastic! They helped us with booking taxis to and fro and day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh at very reasonable prices. The staff are all friendly and eager to please. The breakfast menu has lots of variety and was great! We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked this hotel on our last night back in Hanoi from Da Nang on our journey homewards. I can highly recommend staying here. It is such value for money and everything comes with a warm welcome and a happy smile!

This place was fantastic for our last night in Hanoi! We got in later in the evening and wanted to check out early in the morning to explore Hanoi before our evening flight. The staff was more than accommodating and allowed us to leave our main bags there while we explored Hanoi. Everything was safe and secure. The included breakfast was spectacular, and we had the choice of adding eggs, a pancake, or traditional Vietnamese food too, and already fabulous breakfast. We arranged before hotel airport shuttle hassle free at a very reasonable price. Don’t let the entrance off the street for you… Follow the sign and you will not regret it! It is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of old quarter.

Great choice for Hanoi. Kevin and Ruby are delightful managers and were very great throughout my two-night stay, and had good communication with me before my visit too. Very good breakfast. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good accommodation in Hanoi.

Great place to stay, clean and spacious rooms, centrally located and very helpful staff especially Kevin. So close to the lake, Note Cafe and other bars and restaurants. Staff have great local knowledge and provided us with some fantastic recommendations.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Firstly, it's just off the main street, so it was nice and quiet. The staff are really friendly and speak fantastic English. I ordered a shuttle to and from the airport which was very handy. My room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of buffet and also menu options. And it was walking distance to the main streets and tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
