Hotel allowed us to check in early with minimal additional cost. Place is old but generally clean.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for this price! The room was spotless, and the furniture looked brand new. The design was simple yet contemporary, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The amenities had a distinct Japanese touch, which made the stay even more impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend it

It was a nice stay for 3days 2nights. We arrived in time yet the room wasn’t cleaned and prepared so we had to wait 20 mins in the lobby. They have a very friendly staff, however at night there were no person in the reception area, we had some issues but don’t know who to talk to. the numbers can’t be contacted. the location is good were it’snear the old quarter and can walk around. The wifi is too slow.

Great location but no hot water. The little boy at the counter was very nice and showed us to our room.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi where most of the attractions are located considering its competitive price. We stayed there for four days. The hotel has no lift but we're lucky to be assigned to the second floor. The reception area especially the sofa, has many cat's hair but it's not a problem for us because my wife loves cats. Service is excellent especially in maintaining organized, and clean rooms with complete basic needs.. We only worry for some time where the reception area has no personnel assigned while the main entrance of the hotel is left open with the room keys placed on the front desk. Generally I recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Hanoi.

At the heart of the city , with cafes and shops around super convenient to get around ! Perfect for solo traveling or backpacking

애매한 늦은 체크인때문에 예약한 가성비 호텔! 오전 6시쯤 도착했더니 호텔 직원이 없어서 전화를 해야함. 하지만 어쨋든 친절하게 안내 받음. 엘레베이터 없어서 엄청 계단을 캐리어 끌고 올라가야하는 치명적 이슈... 생각보다 깨끗했고 방이 짱 넓어서 놀랐다!!

성요셉성당, 호아끼엠, 기찻길 인근이라 관광하기는 좋았습니다.청소도 매일 잘해주었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 체크인때는 직원이 도와주었는데 체크아웃때는 혼자서 짐을 옮기려니 힘들었습니다

방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 아주 친절합니다 추천드리며 성요셉성당 도보2분에 위치하고 하고있습니다 음식점과 포10, 반미 마마등 다5분 거리 입니다
