Hotel reception staff are all very helpful and very informative. We have no idea where to go for a proper PCR test hospital for the departure to Hong Kong. The hotel did recommend us one hospital which is about 2km from the hotel and most importantly the hospital was super efficient that provided us the test results within 4 hours and the price is only half of the other hospital charged. We are extremely pleased with the kind service that Acoustic Hotel to us during the stay. Service is excellent and room is very clean. We definitely will stay again next time in.Hanoi.

Second time staying at this property, first time was really nice, second time i got upper floor but i got a really old room with many details and a bit noise starting from 5am because i can hear the staff fixing the breakfast for the guests, the bed wasn't cozy.

Nicely located boutique hotel near Hanoi’s old quarter. Easy walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Friendly staff, extremely helpful with questions and queries

服務態度非常好，設施很新，房間很大，酒店早餐也特別好吃。河內算比較好的酒店了。可能隔音不是很好，房間能聽到摩託車的聲音，但是我不介意，因為晚上還是很安靜的。

予約時と違う部屋になってしまったため、朝食を付けていただきました。立地も良く、便利でした。ホテルのスパも利用しましたがとても良かったです。

這次出差最滿意的一間酒店，不大，很精緻，很多法式的小細節。位置在老城區去哪裡都很近。這家負一層的spa手法也不錯，值得一試！
