InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, an IHG Hotel recensioner

I had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72 with my partner. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and luxurious ambiance. The staff and concierge were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the excellent amenities, including the nice food. The food options were outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious choices. It was a perfect getaway for us, and we highly recommend it for a romantic and seamless stay in Hanoi!

I enjoyed stay at IHC Hanoi , glad I got help from hotel because of mega Typhoon. I really appreciate for the service and hotel room is clean and comfortable.

On the duty manager is super nice! She gave us a suite upgrade and helped recommend a great pho restaurant! Their team also helped me book several Michelin restaurants! Top notch service!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. My room had a great view, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The gym was well-equipped and offered a stunning view while working out. Overall, a great experience!

Too complicated to go to reception 62nd floor and slow elevator.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was super attentive and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety. It was super delicious! It was great to know that the kitchen was open 24/7 albeit with a special menu.

My go to hotel for when i travel for business in Hanoi. well located off the highway

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The room are very clean comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Excellent service from the club lounge team especially Thao, Thuy and Anh. Overall have a wonderful experience at Intercontinental Landmark 72.

Nice environment but a bit too far away from the Old Quarter Area and Hồ Hoàn Kiếm

This hotel is located from 62 to 71 floor, offering a really good way to overlook the city landscape of Hanoi. The facilities are also competitive enough to give travelers good memories and wouldn't regret choosing this hotel for stay.

Good location, friendly staff, good service and situated in business area. Many restaurant in here and I got to try 3 Spoons restaurant which is serve buffet (freshly seafoods and delicious western options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in Intercontinental.  

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.
