Vi var tvungna att be om bekvämligheter eftersom vi fick mycket lite, och de ersattes inte. Badet läckte också över hela golvet när du duschade vilket gjorde golvet superhaltigt om inte försiktigt. Trots deras dyra restaurang där de surfar på bladguldsbiffar, var frukosten väldigt enkel, och snarare än en buffé, var det ett urval av ägg eller nudlar. Men personalen var artig och hjälpsam, och utsikten från baren är fantastisk.

This Hotel very very nice Hotel especially the room and bed including staffs have services mind. I love Sky bar that we can see a beautiful view of west lake including enjoy food & drink on the deck.

It was very good. It was 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We also got to the tourist center in 15 minutes by taxi and went for a walk. The hotel is located next to the lake in a nice quiet place. The soundproofing is very good, my wife sleeps lightly and we did not hear any noise. The hotel lobby is friendly. The bathroom is clean, the owner takes care of the condition of the room. After the walk we realized that it is impossible to live in the center. And we are very glad that we booked this hotel. There is a restaurant with a view on the roof, delicious breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

Good service, good location and breakfast is so good

Im thankful that i choose to book our stay here in Parosand Hotel and Apartment. The location is peaceful and accessible. We comfortably slept for 2-3 nights. Will definitely choose to stay here if we will go back to vietnam.

Excellent place , staff very helpful and professional , complementary breakfast outstanding.

The facilities are very good. It's quiet and safe around. And The staff responds very well, and if you talk about any inconvenience, they organize it right away.

Female reception was very friendly and helpful with information. Have to climb a small flight of steps to reach the hotel though. Small breakfast buffet available in the morning. Has a small infinity pool at the rooftop. Cleaners clean the room and mop the floor daily but still has a slight musky smell whenever entering the room but it goes off after a while. Also, would be nice if they can add a safety box in the room.

Really nice hotel with view on the lake. I didn’t try the bar but it look very nice. The room was perfect and the staff very polite.

It’s a very valuable hotel with family suite option for a group of friends more than 3. Breakfast is of good quality, counter service is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walk distance to the west lake. Strongly recommend it!

It's worth of money. Good view and convenient connection to airport and central city
