Hanoi Golden Hotel recensioner

So we enjoyed ourselves so much at this hotel we ended up staying here 3 separate times while doing Ha Giang Loop and ha long bay. The staff checked us in at 3am one night and even helped us forward in some mail. They are happy to hold bags and help with any need. The beds are comfy, showers warm, good AC and wifi. Definitely stay here while you're in Hanoi!

It's a little bit hard to find but with the help of a nice local person I was able to get there without any major problems. The room was definetely matching my expectations, the only thing I would have loved to see is providing a bottle of shampoo and not just a small one time use size one. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helped me out a lot, thank you very much!

All beddings were dirty. Bedsheet, pillow cover etc had hair on them. There was no elevator to the room on 6th floor. Had to go up 1 floor on a very narrow spiral staircase and it was very annoying to get the luggage up and down.

Gd location at old quarters.

ハノイ観光する人にとっては良いロケーションだと思います。ただ、ホテルの場所が通り沿いではなく、Googleにのっていない家と家の間の細い道を通ってたどり着く場所なのでチェックインするときは見つけるのが簡単ではないです。ベトナム人の友達も見つけるのに苦労していたのでタクシードライバーとかに聞いてもわからないかもです。近くの人に聞けばすぐわかるかも。 まあみなさん優しい人でしたし子供もいましたし現地の人の生活を間近で感じられて私はこの場所が嫌ではありませんでした。 清潔感は日本のホテルや高級ホテルほどではありませんが、潔癖でない人にとっては十分でした。虫も2月に行ったからかホテルでは小さな虫を少ししか見かけませんでした。 サービスはツアーも申し込めるし、カードから現金にpaid outしてもらえるし(できればやめた方がいいかも)、Wi-Fiもあるし、スタッフのみなさん笑顔だし、チェックイン時におすすめのベトナム料理店やベトナムでの注意事項(乗ってもいいタクシーや偽通貨など)などが記載された紙をもらえるしとにかく全体的に良心的でした。案内した部屋を間違えたから部屋を変えてくれないかと頼まれて移動したり、延泊した時に姉妹ホテルに移動することを当日の朝に言われたりすることはあったのでそういうのがあることだけは注意してください。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、石鹸がついて困ることはなかったです。部屋を移動した際に求めてもないのにスタッフが笑顔で追加をくれたりしました。石鹸は泡立ちが良くないです。
