Oakwood Residence Hanoi recensioner

This is definitely a good place for a family vacation. We stayed for 5 days. We love the pool and we spent times on the pool everyday during our stay. The gym centre is well furnished and with good view. We stayed for 5 days in a 2 bedrooms suite. The room is just spacious and clean. We can also see the Westlake from the balcony. Overall it’s an enjoyable experience. The location is slight a bit far from the crowded area. It’s better to take grab or taxi if you want to outside or the shopping mall nearby.

Perfect hotel for a business trip. The staff is really kind, the rooms are big and clean. I recommend the gym with the view. And there are few good restaurants around.

This is the second time I book this hotel, because it is a very good hotel in Vietnam. Good Service, Good Food and Good Facilities, I will book again next time. Hope can be free upgraded in next trip.

Very clean and tidy. Nice view and facilities available. Only one Chinese restaurant nearby， you need to take taxi for dinner Breakfast is ok, I don't need that many choices

Good location to connect Hanoi and F&B places for business travelers.

I treated myself with a little staycation over the weekend and I absolutely loved it. Very cozy, clean and comfy. I love the grey tones of the room. The service was great at all times! I was trying to connect to speakers via Bluetooth but couldn’t and after asking for help they sent someone at midnight to check that. I didn’t take photos of the restaurant during breakfast but it was great! The space is very nice and variety of options for breakfast! The stuff was ready to help at all times during the service. Totally recommend staying here if visiting Hanoi! 💯

Oakwood is beautifully located near Ho Tay Lake. I had a view of the lake from the balcony. The room was a tad small but well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable perfect for well-deserved rest after a 4-hour roap trip.

It felt like serviced apartments with great breakfast. At least the room we got. The view is great on the rooftop. We chose the hotel for the view and we got it.

This was our second time booking this hotel, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi with the family. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s a pity we didn’t take more pictures, but the warm atmosphere and perfect location made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Nice gym. Large rooms. Front desk staff are excellent. Easy transport with ride hailing apps. Very good value for money compared to Old Quarter hotels.

Nice place to stay as you are able to find all eatery and shop within walking distance

Hotels equipped With modern facilities, probably best swimming pool in Hanoi.. Overlooking west lake... Very beautiful, sauna, jacuzzi and. Gyms are clean and very well. Maintained... Rooms are also facilitated very well... Refrigerator, Owen, clean bed sheets..

The breakfast is nice with lots of selection, Vietnam chicken soup noodle is freshly made, fried egg with choices is sunny side up or over easy. Swimming pool is located on the top floor with sky view. Will come back again for my next trip.
