Friendly staff, clean, tidy room with a nice balcony. Breakfast was fine.

I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning.

房間比較老舊，設備也比較陳舊。我的房間沒有對外的窗戶，窗戶是對著電梯。洗手間地磚很滑，沖涼房排水不順。若是純粹只是睡覺過夜，沒什麼問題。電視有接上HBO，但是越文字幕。

Très bon séjour ! On recommande emplacement parfait ! Et personnel agréable !

친절하고 조식먹으려면 다른 호텔로 이동해야해요 규모는 작음요 앤틱한 분위기에요 가격은 생각보다 쎈느낌이네요 2층에 묵음요
