My recent stay at La Cascada Hotel in Hanoi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for my entire visit. The hotel's location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant culture, attractions, and street food.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort, regardless of your budget.
The staff at La Cascada Hotel deserve special mention. They were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were spot on, making my experience in Hanoi even more memorable.
Overall, La Cascada Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is an excellent choice that guarantees a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to Hanoi!

Every single hotel worker is super friendly and greets you every single time you enter and exit the hotel. They are always helpful with all your requests or questions. I have never had such a welcoming experience ever. They even gave me and my girlfriend gifts after our visit to hanoi.
The hotel is located in the old quarters, therefore it has a great location. However, it is located in a dark and dirty alley, which might be a deal breaker for some people. It can be hard to find for first-time visitors as I spend 1 hour finding the hotel on the first day after my grab driver dropped me off. The alley is not accessible by car and is only accessible by motorcycle. You can read the email sent to you by them explaining how to find the hotel, or you can book a car from them to and fro the airport for 300k dong.
The hotel room is nice and clean, with room cleaning every single day.
Overall, I definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.

It’s located at the entrance part of old quarter , very convenient and walking distance to everywhere yet quiet in the evening when you wanna get to sleep. I saw many hotels in this area more in the centre I imagine the night time would be super noisy in hindsight I was god I chose this one for the quietness ! simple but clean and comfortable room. Hot shower is super hot. I’d say great value for money. I highly recommend to book here. Front team are very attentive and 24H service. Thanks for everything !

the hotel is in a very good location, close to markets and old quarter. the front desk was also very friendly, nice and helpful. they were a big help with the recent typhoon yagi.

A unique small hotel on the northern edge of the old quarter, so walking everywhere is possible or I took Grab bike. I stayed 3 nights in a 4th floor room with a tiny balcony looking over the train tracks. I did not notice any trains overnight. An older building that is well-kept in good condition. Comfortable bed, good size room. Staff are very helpful with many recommendations for food and tours and other information. I took a recommended trip to Ninh Bình that I really enjoyed. Overall a very good value and I will definitely stay again when I return to Hanoi.
