Grande Collection Hotel & Spa recensioner

The hotel is located in the quieter side. The location is good and there are a lot of convenience stores around the area. A lot of food choices and Michelin stars restaurant as well. The hotel have free breakfast (but did not avail of this during my stay) and have elevator which is very useful. The bed is quite comfortable. The toilet is a decent toilet, have everything needed. We arrived the room for 3 pax - the space is quite cramp but expected since most of the rooms in the Old Quarters are of small size.

Nice place to stay near the heart of hanoi with really good spa service!

1. The room, toilet, lobby all clean and comfortable. Bed was awesome just at par like 5 star hotel. Need to take 3 steps to go to lift/elevator. Staffs will help to send your bag to room. Toilet very spacious, maybe can fit 5 people in shower.hot water and AC worked well. 2.Friendly Staffs/concierge/receptionist always around to help. 3.Breakfast has heavy menu- fried rice/noodles, pho, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits, fresh juices, coffee, tea, fresh bread and salads. All are great and fullfilling. Note: maybe hotel can improve by labelling the cooked food with ingredients. 4.Receptionist can help to book any tour/ transport too. 5. Circle K(convenient mart) is nearby.Massage shop, tour/travel office around the hotel. To tourist- Just note that the whole Old Quarter Hanoi road is busy with motobikes, sidewalks narrow and filled with parked vehicles, are not disabled/stroller friendly.it is what it is. If has mobility issues, best is to have a transport to see around Old Quarter.

Great stay at Grande Collection Hotel & Spa! The hotel is on a quieter street but still close to all of the restaurants and activities you may want to do in Hanoi. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending places to eat when we asked.

A great value for money hotel. A great location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are on the smaller side and don't feature windows but everything was sufficient and was quite enjoyable. I think the location was unbeatable and breakfast was included!

Our first time in Hanoi. Upon check in, we were well received by receptionist, Linh and a very friendly bellboy. Husband requested for an upgrade and Linh accommodated our requests. The hotel close to everything, guests will definitely spoiled for choices. The breakfast was alright, nothing fantastic but good enough to fill your stomach if you are not a choosy person. They do run out of croissants very fast. However, I just want to highlight that the wifi connection was really poor. It will get disconnected frequently. Will definitely recommend Grand Collection Hotel to families, couple and solo travelers.

Conveniently located! Able to reach attractions within walking distance with lots of yummy eateries nearby. The room and toilet were clean. David, the hotel manager was also very helpful in directing us places of interest and made sure our stay was a smooth one. Stella, the receptionist was very cheerful and helped us with our baggage during checkout!:) Overall, a very delightful stay!

Could be better for this price. Very small room without Window. Location near the road.

真的不建議入住！！ 首先入到房有陣臭味，開冷氣後臭味更大，打去前台投訴，職員剛進來不夠半秒就表示有臭味，鼻子那來的靈敏？佢地表示明天會有人維修，走後噴了一些空氣清新濟就走了。第二天晚上返到酒店時，問題還是無改善，只留有空氣清新濟味道，無改善，我們都算了。之後到了第三日早上就發現冷氣機滴水，通知了職員，因為對我們不太影響，所以就算了。到第三晚就發現沖涼水，馬桶水水壓已減弱，已經心之不渺，但都仲有水就算啦。 到最後一個晚上，已經遊覽到好疲倦，本來想沖涼後收執行李，但一打開花灑發現完全無水，連沖廁水及洗手的水都沒有！！！ 實在太震驚，向前台職員了解，他們一副慢不經心態度處理事情。職員告知昨晚爆水喉早上已維修但沒料到晚上會沒有供水。 職員說換到一間有水供應的房間，換了房後都是沒有任何供水！！職員亦告知當晚不能確保能夠維修，建議到旗下另一間酒店。此事情擾攘了兩小時，到晚上11點多才到旗下的姊妹酒店，入到去完全無職員來接待，連門都不幫手開門，還要要求我們出示護照才可入住，本來以為所有事都完，可以安心沖涼，睡覺！！ 到了深夜3點多，冷氣機突然壞掉，打電話去前台，他們裝著去修理冷氣，到最後我以翻譯軟件聽到他們用越南文說早已知冷氣有問題，但都仲安排此房間，我連罵他們的氣力也不用了，只要求他們給我風扇，過完這晚就算了，明天早上向當值經理說明一切，他也盡力擺一副同情的臉孔，人生第一次去越南，也第一次碰到如此奇怪的酒店，感覺上我們付費給酒店入住，還要不斷幫酒店尋找問題和錯處。就連我們經歷無水，換酒店及壞冷氣的情況下，酒店亦沒有作出賠償方案！！ 此酒店真係給我們一個（難忘）的旅程。 *不能放影片，只能放照片

La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle. Cependant on entend tout les bruits que ça soit jour ou nuit et c’est désagréable.  Il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre….

一家三口住了一週，先説説好的地方，酒店地理位置不錯，在老城區離還劍湖周邊景點和一些網紅餐廳咖啡廳基本都可以步行到達，出門吃個飯很方便，這也是我定這個酒店的主要原因，酒店服務員都很熱情禮貌，房間打掃比較及時，我定的雙床房是兩個大床非常適合家庭親子，缺點酒店設施有點老，電梯衹到六層，雙床房在七層，要爬一層搬行李不方便，房間衹提供洗髮水護髮素，沒有沐浴露這點我十分不理解，洗髮水也不好用，沒有一次性拖鞋，衹提供塑料夾腳趾的拖鞋，擔心衞生最後洗髮水，沐浴露，拖鞋我們都是自己花錢去超市買的，酒店早餐比較簡單沒什麼選擇，而且菜品基本每天沒變化，早餐到9點半去晚了很多菜品麪包就沒了，酒店也不補了，衹能説可以吃飽，最後提示房間小冰箱裏的水和飲料是收費的，但房間裏沒有任何收費標識，入住的時候也沒提醒，我們也是退房才知道是收費的。總體來説就是國內快捷酒店的標準，春節期間五百多一晚我是不太推薦的。

地點不錯，斜對角有超市很方便，離火車街也很近，可以洗衣服和接送機服務，走路也可以到很多地方逛逛，蠻不錯的
