Narcissus Hotel & Apartment recensioner

Location would be 5 if there was no road work near by - prepare for 5min walk without car access. Laundry does not have dryer… Overall OK and clean enough to stay given the price

If you are looking for a location near the Railway, it's good, but not a comfortable hotel with the noise from the road and train....cleanliness is an issue too....

Ok for 1 night stay as it was near the Hanoi train station. Very convenient to nearby eateries as well. Cleanliness can be improved as stains were found on pillow. Will book through other platforms next time as trip.com offers breakfast option but was not recognised by staff.
