Haap Transit Hotel

I haven’t stayed this hotel, but they took us money. That is terrible, I want to give back my money immediately

Although the receptionist had limited English speaking skills, they were amicable. Additionally, the service provided was satisfactory and our lodgings were clean; unfortunately, when I attempted to use the kettle for coffee-making purposes it contained insects. The cuisine offered on-site was ok. However, despite these drawbacks overall we received exceptional hospitality from all staff members encountered during our stay. I believe the advertisement indicates that transportation to the airport is free, but in reality you will need to pay an additional fee for this service.

However, dining options in the area are limited, which makes it inconvenient for dinner. If you don’t have an early flight, I would recommend staying in Hanoi city instead. The hotel’s breakfast selection was quite basic, so I ended up just having instant noodles. Pros: Close to the airport, spacious rooms, affordable prices, quiet Cons: Nothing nearby
