A very nice and eccentric hotel. Excellent hotel. Recommendation: a little more attention to the cleanliness of the balconies and the pool - it's a shame that it is not valued.

1st floor restaurant is tasty but not reasonable price. There isn't any staff at the door to open for customers. Breakfast is normal, too many indian choices.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.

This old is new however it feels old and not as nice. The location is a bit off and not near the Hanoi old quarter and takes a while to get there due to traffic. Overall an okay hotel but definitely nothing crazy

Overall the hotel is good but far away from old quarter which is the main hub. Clean place. Breakfast spread is amazing. The infinity pool is a must try.

Great experience. Foreigner has more portion than local. Staff are fluent with English and easy to understand

1) Very poor service quality by staffs starting from bell man, front desk, breakfast service staffs. 2) Room is amazing and same as what we see in the pictures. Everyone of us loved it. 3) Got free birthday decoration with balloons and it was perfect. thanks to that 4) quite a distance from the city center If you are not concerned about the service quality and staffs attitude, I recommend the stay here. If service quality is equally important for a comfortable stay then I won't. Since I see various dept staffs with attitude, I trust the problem is at the management more than the staffs. Please look into this, The hotel is beautiful and can deliver high standards.

Luxury at its best, spacious, clean and a wonderful breakfast spread. The staff were also very friendly.

Amazing rooftop pool. However, breakfast needs more options

The highlight of the trip was this golden bathtub in the room. Place has nice aesthetics and sparks of gold. It’s a little far away from old quarter but otherwise nice hotel. Overall good stay.

Nice facility and supportive team. Suggest for people you have short stay in Hanoi.
