I stayed here for two nights, arriving just a day after Typhoon Yagi had passed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the pleasant atmosphere. Since I was here for work, the room had a study desk, which provided a cozy and comfortable environment for me to get my tasks done. On the second day, it was raining, and I had an urgent meeting with my colleagues. The owner was kind enough to let us use the lobby to work, which I really appreciated, as she didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. As a bonus, it's within walking distance to many attractions, and I love their focus on eco-friendliness and sustainability. Staying here feels like you're doing your part to help the planet.

Our stay was excellent. The room was as listed with a big nice bed and plenty of space. We arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 350k. A bit weird was that our taxidriver checked us in at the hotel (we also made the payment for the hotel with him) But everything was fine in the end. We haven’t seen/met our host during our stay, but had digital contact.

Great place! Love everything about it except the shower pressure is quite low. Also the water seems soapy? Would be better if hair conditioner is provided. Very quiet stay and nice space!

Good place for Hanoi standards, comes with kitchen and tools. Good position at walking distance from main attractions. Slightly noisy but acceptable for Hanoi.

Nice cozy hotel. Downside is the location - it’s in one of the small alleys and was difficult for almost all the grab drivers to navigate. And more importantly, we didn’t realized that check-in is until 6pm daily only. We arrived after that and there were no staff to help us check-in. Luckily, one of the guest in the hotel happened to be there and helped us out. Also, hotel did not inform us after we booked or anything.

Pros: cleanest room within centre area, nicest staff and host, cozy design, safe neighborhood, sexy bathroom concept (highly recommend for couples) Cons: warm water need to get ready at least 10 minutes (waste a lot of water), location hard to find, often fully booked Definitely comeback!

Great service apartment. Spacious and clean. Towels, toiletries provided. Kitchen with induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, pan, plates and bowls, cutlery. Wish they had a washing machine in the room. But the do provide washing services for a small fee. Wardrobe comes with a few hangers and iron too. More hangers would be good, rack in the toilet to put toiletries. Towel rack would be good too. Power outlets suitable for all types of plugs. Shower head angle is too high and in a weird position. But overall still good. Hope this in depth review helps (:

We arrived at the hotel at about 7pm and no one was at the reception desk. No information was given to us prior to arrival on contact or check-in information. We were practically left stranded with no way of getting help. Luckily another couple was there at the same time and could somehow contact the hotel staff after 30 mins. The gates and doors were open remotely and we practically checked ourselves in on our own. If you need any help for the room, you have to wait until 9am the next day to get help. We almost had to find ourselves another hotel room to stay for the night. Though the hotel is relatively new and clean, being left stranded is definitely a bad hotel experience. No one was there when we checked out either~

Moderno, muy amplio, luminoso, ventilado, limpio y confortable. La atención inmejorable. Muy recomendable y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Gracias!

很不錯哈，到了之後老闆娘很熱心的介紹公寓的一些情況，各方面都不錯，房間也舒適。

방 깨끗하고 머물기 좋은 숙소에요. 따듯한물 나오기까지 시간이 좀 걸리긴합니다.
