Hanoi Pearl Hotel recensioner

Everything was great at the hotel, from check-in to check-out. However, we encountered an issue which is that their breakfast buffet did not have sufficient seats for us when we went there. We were directed to a seat that was occupied by the BAGS of some inconsiderate white people, presumably they were reserving seats for their own people. Staff did nothing to resolve the tensions. Also, when we finally sat down, after about 10minutes into our breakfast, one of the senior staff had the audacity to request to verify if we had breakfast booked. She did not choose to do it at the start when we were fighting for seats, but during our meal. 0 sense. And it appeared that the lady was the manager of the breakfast room. And she only asked us. All I can say throughout my visit in Hanoi is that all service staff members prioritise white people over all other tourists, not just this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located in Old quarters. Walking distance to most places. The staff at the hotel was exceptional.

Excellent little hotel in the middle of the old quarter. Walking distance to most things.

Hotel service is very helpful when we ask to leave some luggage's while we go to other provinces for two days, all staffs can communicate English.

Ha Noi Pearl Hotel far exceeded our expectations in ALL areas. They went out of their ways to take care of the guests. We needed help in many areas and requested a lot of things done for us during our stay and they did all and everything we asked for. The staff are amazing. The daily breakfast was top ten. The room are huge, and the bathroom are so modern and beautiful. Can't say enough thanks to all..

It is not good time to stay here as closed the pavement during the festival

Great location, great staff. Good breakfast. Only hotel I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam that had a working mini-fridge. Also effective, yet quiet A/C. Suggest taking advantage of the discount available to get the massage in-hotel rather than going somewhere else. Great value hotel all around.

Location is perfect with most "things to do" within walking distance. Rooms are quite clean and new. Breakfast buffet spread is decent with salad, bread, hot dishes, pho, juices and other things to choose from. Security is quite helpful even if his English is limited. One thing i didn't enjoy was, i added more nights and received confirmation from trip. But, the reception said that the rooms was fully booked and they can't see my reservation yet. They did come back with my reservation eventually but, it's not helpful. This happened multiple times, as i extended multiple times. Please take time to check before notifying the guests. Also it would be great if they can provide umbrella in every room.

Khách sạn địa điểm rất tiện lợi , gần n*** bờ Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, đi bộ ra bờ hồ chỉ 3 phút., xung quanh khách sạn có quán bar, tiệm ăn , nhà hàng lưu niệm. Đồ ăn sáng cũng tạm ổn. Mình đã ở KS rất nhiều lần mỗi khi ghé Hanoi.

位置特別方便 出門幾步路就到還劍湖 周邊吃飯喝咖啡做Spa都很方便 服務熱情周到 早餐非常好 好吃而且有變化 住了兩天早餐的河粉不重樣 唯一不夠滿意的是設施感覺有些舊 不夠新

很久之前住過，就在還劍湖邊，服務態度很好，就是有點老舊，如果能換一下新的床上用品，提升一下早餐的質量，那應該不錯的選擇！
