De Syloia Hotel Hanoi recensioner

De Syloia Hotel Hanoi is a real gem. Super location, fantastic staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is particularly excellent for a hotel of this type. I would definitely stay again if visiting Hanoi.

We had an amazing stay at De Syloia Hotel. De Syloia has all factors that make it a fantastic stay: perfect location in the heart of Hanoi center, the warm hospitality and professional service by their staffs, and the beautiful, spacious, clean and bright room. All of the staffs went the extra mile to ensure that we had a perfect stay here. We needed to borrow their shower room on the day that we already checked out as we had an overnight train ride to Sa Pa. Ms. Nguyet was so kind to let us use the shower rooms and prepare all the necessaries for us (i.e. clean towels, toiletries, etc.). By mistake, we also left our stuff in the room after our check-out. Ms. Binh and Ms. Nguyet handled it professionally and helped us retrieve the item in the most warming way. All in all, our experience with De Syloia is 10/10. The hotel is truly a charm in Hanoi. I would definitely consider going back here next time if I visit Hanoi and also recommend this beautiful place to my friends.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Hanoi. It's my 3rd or 4th time visiting. The room interior is so nice for Hoan Kiem. The breakfast is so nice, and the staff are very friendly.

房間如宣傳一樣漂亮，法式風格，位置離還劍湖一公里左右腳程。對面巷子有老伯伯做的雞肉河粉，很正。周邊不吵雜，比老街那邊安靜多了。前台小哥們很好，很熱情，可以幫租摩託，借用雨傘，還幫忙定了一家法餐餐廳，非常驚喜，很感激他。如果酒店能把清潔廁所牆面和淋浴玻璃也列為清潔標準將更完美。

房間超預期的乾淨漂亮，很有法式風格，早餐也很好吃有特色大加分，下次來一定會再入住👍🌷🌷🌷

當時有幾間飯店在選擇，後來看到評價討論說這間飯店早餐很好吃就選擇了他，果然沒讓我失望，甚至替自己的決定感到幸運，飯店徑幽，使用的建材能感受出真材實料，沒有那種便宜速成的感覺，寢具也讓我相當滿意，再來就是他的早餐，確實比其他飯店具有較為特色的餐點，而且味道也很棒，真心推薦給想入住的朋友，可惜的是我沒時間去體驗Gym跟桑拿，下次有機會再去體驗！
