The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences recensioner

It's a real hotel, unlike the rest of the other narrow Vietnamese hotels. It's right next to the lake, there's a golf club downstairs so you can play golf and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast was spot on, rooms are okay, a bit average and the bathroom a bit small.

The hotel is located on the banks of the west lake in Hanoi. The hotel requires some renovation buy is in a good shape. There is gold club where people shoot balls into the lake. Very nice pool, but what stands out is the gym. The gym is very well equipped and staff are very nice. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and it is located not far away from the city center and old city. The surrounding area is a turnoff unfortunately.

Perfect stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was good and super easy to reach the old quarter

Located in a quiet area, has all the amenities needed. But away from main food/restaurant area so would be great to have more meal options. Rooms are not that sound proof so can hear lot of noise. Outdoor areas could be more maintained including mgmt of mosquitoes and maintenance of plants. Has a game area which is great fun but it’s smoking friendly so not great for people that don’t like smoke. Smoking should be banned in closed public shared areas!!!

I'm not picky, basically they are all good.

Love the studio room. Spacious with all that you need. The pvc cord of the bidet is so hardened that its quite a task to use it!  Staff at reception are helpful. Arrived early & was given an early check in. TQ.  Door man very alert & helpful. Sends luggage to ur room, opens hotel door each time u go thro, put your luggage into your taxi; he did it all .  My experience in the restaurant for breakfast unfortunately was not so good. Waitress offered to get me my cup of latte kept me waiting. After i’d downed my plate, i went to her n learnt that the coffee machine was hvg a problem. Yet this was not communicated.

Good facilities

We spent seven nights and really enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. The gym and the sauna were surprisingly good. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but it looked very tempting. The location was great - outside of the noise and the pollution of the old quarter but close enough that everything was within reach.

Very nicely located hotel, away from the noise of Hanoi but close enough to everywhere. What it lacks in modernity, it makes up for in ambiance and tranquility. Good and reliable hotel in the heart of tay ho.
