Rummet var rymligt och allt var rent. Det finns ett spa på nedervåningen. Frukostpåslaget var inte mycket variation men du blir matad om du inte är kräsen. Det enda jag ska säga är att badrummet var lite irriterande, när du använder duschen finns det en badrumsgardin för hela badrummet som måste läggas ner och sedan dras upp igen, när du vill lämna eftersom det kommer att blockera dörren. Jag skulle vilja rekommendera att badrum byggs med avsikten att sekretess och inte dessa halvgenomskinliga glas. Det är inte särskilt familjevänligt.

The aircon and lights were not working well considering that I booked a luxury suite room. The lobby is great! Location is perfect!

Old hotel with old furniture. Cover of sofa was dirty. Room very small and suitable just for sleep . Location is suitable for me in old town. There are many restaurants and bars close to hotel. Breakfast good and price for stay is reasonable.

Very nice location friendly stuff ,only issue was the third bed in our room uncomfortable and no way to sleep at , but so far room was clean.

The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. It is very close to the old quarter beer/bar/food/coffee street. It is right in the middle of the busy city center. Shopping streets are everywhere and are reachable in few steps. From the hotel, you can reach the Hoah Kiem Lake in 3-5 minutes. Breakfast is not huge but is ok. The downside is that the hotel is pretty old as most hotels in the area are and is not well-maintained. The staff are very-friendly, but the service has much more potential. The amenities could be better: in my room the shower holder is broken, the bedsheet has stain, and the slipper provided has some hair strands. Will try another hotel next time.

Very friendly and professional reception, awesome room, it was huge, spacious and everything was working well. Paid SGD95/night for a 50sqm room with terrace (but due to wet or hot weather) was unable to enjoy sitting outside for drinks/meal. Definitely will be back for more!

The location, cleanliness, rooms, staff were very good. The only shortfall was the complimentary breakfast was not upto the hotel standard. Very limited choice and that too it was not laid, we were given to choose 1 from 2 sets of breakfast
