Ett mycket trevligt litet hotell mitt i Gamla kvarteren, med en trevlig interiör. Frukost av god kvalitet där du kan toppa vad du vill laga och ha det varmt mycket snabbt) internetanslutningen lite långsam, men allt annat är bra och rent.

Trevligt hotell i centrum. Det är inuti så svårt att hitta men det är lugnt och gångavstånd till de viktigaste platserna.

he first two photos are the room I booked, the rest of the photos are what I got. If the hotel has no free seats, they won't cancel your reservation, they'll just put you in an old hotel, but for the money you saw first, more precisely, everything was paid for when booking. But if you saw and didn't like the room, of course you don't like it and canceled it! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, I'm talking dirty here, she bends over the hair and says there's nothing. I don't even want to remember all the horror. At first it seemed that there was a quiet calm street inside, but this is only the first seconds. There is a terrible smell of garbage on this street, you will have to walk to the hotel, with a suitcase and if heavy, then it's still a pleasure. Rats are running. The hotel constantly smells strange food on the ground floor, you go out and absorb all these aromas. The staff was nice until I said in response, the review would be fair, like your room. You can't treat customers like that! People left for me and went to another hotel.

The second time that I visit this hotel. The and location is still nice, but this time I see cockroaches. I see both in the room and in the breakfast area hope the hotel could improve in this area.

Chose this place because of good reviews but was disappointing. Ground floor cafeteria smelled of stale urine the first 2 days I was there. Took a rook with window and got scammed as the window faced a wall 2 feet away so it was dark with no natural lighting. I'm OK with the alleyway that other travellers talk about as this is normal for vietnam. Bathtub poorly designed sucu that it kept leaking on floor and caused floor to be wet.

The place was nice and clean. But they had given us a room with a “fake” window. They should specify next time if the window doesn’t have light coming in the room

A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay. I would like to highlight that the breakfast is such a a simple yet hearty breakfast! I wouldnt mind staying here again for my next vacation

Very large clean room and great central location but also quiet as on a side street so be mindful when booking taxis from here. The air-conditioning was very good and we wish we could’ve stayed here longer. The breakfast was in line with other hotels in Hanoi so can’t complain.

Pros: Located at the Old Quarters. Cons: It’s located at a narrow alley so our driver just dropped us off at the highway and we had to walk a few meters to get to the hotel. Room is small. Breakfast options extremely few. There were bugs on the pineapple juice, too. Staff offered no help to carry our luggages upon check-out.

Good location in the heart of old quarter. Rooms are okay and worth the price
