Good location. Next to train station. Bad attitude at check-in counter. Water pressure at bath room is quite low.

Next to the train station which is convenient to take the night train to Sa Pa. Delicious food/ eateries around the hotel.

Hotel beside train station to sapa. Nearby many eatery, few mins walk to train street , only had a cafe below and not much facilities but anyway main thing is accessibility.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Hanoi Railway Station. Our room was clean and neat. We only needed a room to shower before we board the train and this hotel served our needs perfectly.

This hotel is clean; booked it as it’s just beside the train station for overnight train to Sapa. Hotel provide good amenities that meets all my needs 👍

Receptionists asked if we will checkout early and we said yes but the next thing is the person come and knock our door rudely and I was told to checkout early even though I have paid for the room for the whole day….

Location is superb, 2 mins walk to Train station. We stayed in transit for the night train to Sapa and it was a brilliant decision. Wonderful location for Transit traveler like us.

Booked for less than 1 night to rest and store our bags before our next itinerary, not the cleanest stay. Some sockets not working. Good for those taking the train at hanoi railway

I booked this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. During this period, there was no room cleaning. It was located parallel to the train station, so there was a lot of noise from the train. It was a clean hotel, great location and a good environment. for breakfast, there is only a choice of soup or fried eggs with bread and there is nothing to drink😪. On the 3rd day, coffee was added😅

場所はハノイの駅前なので極めて便利。ホーチミン廟や旧市街へも徒歩圏なのでよし。 ただ設備の面で、お湯の量が少なく安定して出なかったのはいまいちだった
