Hotel location is perfect. The services and breakfast menu is awesome. Enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Room size is decent enough compared to other hotels in old quarters where room are very small.

The hotel is quite small and not ideal for travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. There’s no closet to store clothes, so you’ll need to keep your suitcase open throughout your stay. There’s also no safe box for securing valuables. The bathroom has several limitations: no towel rail to hang towels, no cupboard for toiletries, and the bathtub is positioned right next to the toilet with no full enclosure. As a result, the entire floor gets soaked after a shower. While the water pressure is strong and there are a variety of showerheads, the poor layout makes it difficult to enjoy. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. The bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s a charming little hotel, but not the best choice if you're traveling with lots of belongings or prefer more space and storage. Ideal for solo travellers and back packers but not for family.

It was good for what we needed. We got in at 1:30 AM and they were able to check us in. The room was a little smaller but the bed very comfortable and the bathroom clean. We did not eat breakfast here and overall it was somewhat quiet and in a quieter neighborhood but still near good breakfast spots.

Great place and central to walking tourism destinations within Old French Quarters. Staff are excellent and the rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast selection is also great with slight daily variations. Highly recommended for family or business stay.

We found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, all the necessary amenities were present. Our room lacked a window. Breakfast was quite good even for vegetarians like us. The area was a bit cramped but was manageable.

Bad customer service, rooms are not looks like pictures . Not recommended this hotel, there are many more options with better offers. We would not be returning . AVOID!!! The location of this hotel is great, but that’s just about where it stops with this hotel. Unfortunately there was no fridge or safe in our room, and it would have been faster to dry your hair with a fan than the so called hair dryer. In addition, the WiFi barely worked. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the man on reception who checked us in. Sadly we did not get his name but he was very pushy, trying to sell us day trips and excursions for double the price that they were from shops in the city, even going as far as writing them all down on our travel ticket and asking us to sign, despite us saying no several times. The hotel manager messaged me directly after this offering a refund, but then ignored my subsequent messages completely when the refund did not come through. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

Excellent service at Carillon boutique hotel. A special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Tom for giving us amazing food and drinks recommendations. A special mention to Mr. Robert for providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in old quarter and makes the stay at Hanoi very comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but from my observation all hotel rooms in old quarter are on the smaller side

Poor experience. The hotel was not honest in assisting us. The staff member was not helpful and ignored my messages, yet responded to my partner, not realizing it was related to our booking. They assumed it was a new booking. I will not return to this hotel. Best to book elsewhere. If you ever need assistance, forget it. Also, we were asked to leave a 5* review repetitively. When honesty is compromised what’s left ?
