Little hotel tucked into a town full of activities, great food, shopping, you can get your facial, massage and pedicure done also. It’s had a park, there you can walk. sit , have a picnic or jog. Hotel is clean, with friendly profession staff and breakfast is included

Our 2 night stay was perfect and everything we needed after a long bus journey. The room was big and spacious with everything you needed. Breakfast included and the staff were so helpful and kind. We would like to mention one of the staff in particular, Xue I think her name was (she was going to study abroad). She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and helped us sort out any queries we had. The breakfasts were so goof as well. Would 100 percent recommend if you're looking for a well-located, value for money hotel in the old quarter.

Everything was excellent. The front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was hearty. The location near ST. JOSEPH'S was a bonus. All in all, excellent.

This was my first trip to Hanoi with my friends. We stayed for 6 days. Our trip was organised by Mr Tony and gang. We were very well taken care of. All our queries were answered and difficulties sorted out on the spot. We needn't had to worry about anything. The people in Hanoi are honest, friendly and helpful. Use Grab to travel as taxis can be disconcerting for foreigners. The room in Capital hotel is clean and spacious. Towels are changed everyday and bathroom cleaned. The kitchen is a small quaint space. It is clean and the friendly chef cooks the breakfast there. Its like being in a friend's kitchen. Food is enough and filling. The hotel is situated in the old quaters, so shopping, food and amenities are all nearby. It was a great get-away. Thank you again Tony, Olivia, LyLy for the memorable holiday and of cos Bevis for the laughs. 👍👍👍

Friendly hotel. The staff is very aware of customer and want to help on every level. The breakfast is very good. The room is good and bed are to soft and re stock everyday. We like to stay on this hotel. We do recommend to stay here in this hotel in hanoi.

Superbe hôtel très bien placé dans le vieil Hanoï. Petit déjeuner très bien. L hôtesse a l accueil Hanna est très sympathique et avenante Je recommande. Également l agence Vietnam Évasion est a recommander.

Hotel idealement placé dans l'hypercentre d'Hanoi. Belles prestations et surtout une famille adorable qui gère cet hotel et qui est entierement consacrée au bien-etre de leurs clients. Merci à eux, on en gardera un tres bon souvenir!
