Hotel Emerald Waters Classy

Excellent little hotel in the middle of old quarter / we arrived from a long flight - Tracy quickly made us feel welcome and check in. Checkout in the morning was also quick and efficient with Janie. Good stay though short. Thank you very much .

Probably the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff we have met so far. Located on a busy street but then again all the streets are busy in the old quarter. Great breakfast options with enough variety to keep everybody happy. Amazing enthusiasm for life the hotel staff went and bought street food outside to share with us as it was one of their favourites.

Me and my family recently stayed at Hotel Emerald Waters Classy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and created a comfortable experience. The room we stayed in was good —well-appointed, clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast had a great variety of options and had other services if you did not find anything in the buffet. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with maps, recommended some fantastic local restaurants (one was O Bun Cha- it was delicious) , and organized our transportation. The location of the hotel was great, we were near many great landmarks and the market. I would like to give a special mention to Mrs. Kim, who stood out for her exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly and provided us with a wealth of useful information that made our trip to other parts of Vietnam even more enjoyable.

The room was comfy and the breakfast was good, also the service from the hotel staffs were excellent! They took good care for us and were very helpful!!! Please find Kim if you have any questions, she is really nice and supportive, love her passion for work and also the good attitude.

Emerald Waters is a good hotel located in the Old Town of Hanoi. The team of folks working there are very nice and very welcoming and attentive. Bonie was FANTASTIC and we enjoyed speaking with her and she was so helpful. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. As I mentioned the location, if you want to be in old Town, is good but the rooms are a bit dated and need some attention. I would come for the staff and location but not for the rooms until they are renovated.

Staff were very welcoming and only too happy to please and make sure our stay was enjoyable. Very reasonably priced and included breakfast. Great location for exploring Hanoi. We got a spa treatment and facial which was at their other hotel but they transported us there on the back of a moped. Treatments were well worth it.
