Enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit farther from the center but not too bad. The room was spacious and clean. The drain in the shower was a little slow. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay!

Good place to stay, 5 mins walk from Mia Beach. Staff are helpful. Best part is the breakfasts.

Clean room, pool and gym, sauna on 7th floor small but useful. Breakfast ok. Overall good value for money.

Good hotel but the hotel have a lot of mosquito and the staff very kind and friendly.

After a flight delay and hold up with baggage at Hanoi airport it was welcoming to have the taxi transfer waiting and arrive at the hotel promptly. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room, while not particularly spacious, met all my needs. Hot water pressure was good, although the basin hot water was hotter and flowed more freely than the shower hot water. Still after the flight I really enjoyed the shower and the comfortable sleep. Waking up to an overcast and cool morning emphasized the coziness of the hotel. The window view of the river/creek was interrupted by workmen dredging but it provided some entertainment. Breakfast was very good. A great introduction to Hanoi.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.

I stayed this hotel for 3 days. Yeah Reception employee was really great with communication. She can speak english good, and her attitude was really lovely. Rooftop pool was not that bad and not that great. Just normal pool in roof. Breakfast was good enough. Foremost, Location is seems like far away from a old city and center of city. Hotel far away, every time need to use taxi. There is a spider in the room, there was also a cockroach in the room. The guy working the night shift was polite and changed the number. Thank you very much to him. There is no exchange of Chinese yuan in the bank across the street, also in the hotel they temporarily did not change money because "there was no cash". A grocery store is 10-15 minutes away. And on the other side of the overpass, with a transport interchange, and men sitting by the fire, and to cross the street is a big problem. Another man working the night, I was asked to make a late check-out. As a result, he didn't change it and in the morning they asked the reception to check when I was leaving.

Excellent stay and amenities for the price - buffet was delicious and the menu changed daily, super layout of the hotel, did not feel crowded, room was super quiet, could not hear other guests or street noise, great location out of the noisy French Quarter but a close ride to everything, friendly staff and the pool was a nice cool off to end the hot day of sightseeing.

We stayed here on our last day in Hanoi and decided to choose a hotel in the city center, as it is only a 30-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is located about 1 kilometer from the Old Quarter in a peaceful neighborhood. Amenities include a sauna, a rooftop pool, and a gym. Our room was clean and spacious, just as advertised, and it featured a bathtub, which was a plus since my boyfriend loves soaking in the tub. The staff were accommodating and assisted us with all our inquiries. A breakfast buffet for two is included.

Good hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Motorbike rental is also cheap and convenient only costing 200,000 VND per day.
