Great hotel when considering the spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, gym, pool). Perfect way to end the trip given the bustle that is Hanoi. Location wise, fairly limited around the immediate area but a Grab ride is never too far.

Good buffet breakfast is at 63rd floor with fantastic view. Feel safe and comfortable.

Great breakfast. The hotel is located right next to lotte mall and mart, extremely convenient.
